My room had black bugs crawling everywhere and when I fell asleep one of the bugs crawled into my ear it was the worst experience I have ever had. Didn't know why I woke up with pain and a fluttering feeling in my ear well I had one of those bugs in my ear, So I went to notify the front desk and he admitted to having a black bugs problem and told me I'll switch u rooms but if u just admitted to having a problem the other room is going to be the same so upon going back to the room and cleaning and looking for bugs in the bed we found 2 more and there was several in the love seat my 3 day weekend trip turned into 1 1/2 day trip and today is the 3rd day and I still haven't heard of im even going to get a refund for my trip never again don't recommend staying there for no one especially kids don't know if these bugs can crawl in kids or babys ears

The room was clean and all the fixtures worked well. The clerk was pleasant and helpful in helping me to find a good Mexican restaurant.
The faucet fixture in the bathroom sink was loose but it functioned.
The door into the room lacked insulation and let noise from the hallway into the room.
The heat pump when it was cooling made a loud sound that was annoying. I had to turn off the cooling and only let the fan run in order to sleep.
I would probably not stay here again due to the noises of the hallway and the heat pump.

This motel is dirty with wood rot in bathroom. Behind chairs a d bed no evidence those spaces had been cleaned in a very long time. Found roach behind very uncomfortable chair. Would not ever stay there again.

We picked this hotel be size it said there was a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was broken and the pool was cold. We could have picked somewhere else or something a lot cheaper.

I booked a room with a king bed. I paid extra for a room with a king bed. I did not get a king bed. Apparently they didn’t have any left. The room was not clean. We could clearly hear the folks upstairs and if they dropped something it sounded like thunder. We could also clearly hear folks talking as the walked down the hall or if they closed thier door. The breakfast was mediocre as well.

This was our first bad experience with Comfort Inns. there was a dirty towel left in our room, and no cups for the coffee. Lighting in the room was inadequate and the lobby windows were dirty.

Very basic. Would have preferred the hotel across the street. Breakfast was less than stellar. No waffle machine, cold stale eggs and not much left of anything.
