Este hotel es agradable, grande habitación y muy limpio. la ubicación se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie del centro. La piscina es grande y agradable. El personal es muy amable y útil. El hotel cercano dispone de muchos restaurantes y comidas locales. Le recomiendo muy bien este hotel.

Excellent hotel. Latest hotel opened in town with beautiful Khmer carvings and decoration style. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful like you would see for five star hotel. Pool is very nice with towels placed on lounge chair and changed regularly. They have a good breakfast included with the room as I don't remember choosing the option when booking. Very good location, one block away from pub street and closed to the national museum or the night food market. The hotel is in a quiet location.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Siem Reap. Además, la pileta infinita en el último piso y el balcón de la habitación, hacen a una estadía muy confortable. Muy amable el personal del hotel. Nos ayudaron a resolver cambios de planes, a causa de la lenta burocracia con la visa de Vietnam.

La habitación es limpia y escalonada con un bello baño grande, aunque no hay agua caliente para duchar. Hay mini frigorífico, caldera y cafetería en la habitación. Ofrecen agua, café y té en botella. El hotel dispone de una piscina y un restaurante en el sitio con buena comida y precios. Es conveniente para los restaurantes, los restaurantes y los lugares de lavandería. El único reverso es que hay habitaciones de albergue que tienden a servir a la gente joven y borracho. Algunos han estado muy altos en las calles después de la medianoche hasta las 4:00. Y algunas fiestas en la piscina toda la noche, aunque la piscina se cierra a las 22:00. Obviamente el hotel no aplica las horas de la piscina ni cualquier tipo de horas de descanso. El hotel tiene una sala de estar con vistas a la piscina y tiene horarios que se inicien a las 4:00 y la llamada a la oración se inicie justo después de las 5:00.

Sala Siem Reap Hotel Location: The hotel is situated in a great location, on the road leading to Angkor Wat (65 minutes walk, 12 minutes Tuk Tuk) in one direction, and the city centre in the opposite direction around 20 minutes walk. On the opposite side of the road is the Angkor National Museum. There are Tuk Tuks parked outside if a walk in the heat isn't desired! You are however within walking distance of many other popular attractions, restaurants, and shop. Remarkably, despite being on the main road out to the temples, it was very quiet. The swimming pool was a welcome sight whenever we returned from the daily explorations! Staff: The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a great stay. I was particularly impressed to be greeted by name by almost all of them across my entire stay, a very nice touch. Overall Experience: I had a wonderful stay at the Sala Siem Reap Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Well placed, very reasonably priced, great staff that always made you feel welcome.

I went to SR for visit and working , was stay at this hotel 3 night, room is nice with clean , price is acceptable with gift floor and good WiFi , I was very upset with services, there is not a standard service, just a bit case but they tried to lied us , the case We can’t access TV I. The room they tried to lie us since I check in till check out just tell there are problems with TV Cable company 😅 firstly they told me they bought smart tv box arrived hotel then TV remote not accessible! Finally is about Tv cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up honeymoon flower a bit expensive 7$ charged . But night shift staff he is good and kind

Este hotel está ahogado en una calle tranquila. Desde el momento en que entras en el lugar, puedes empezar a sentir una vibración muy agradable. Se hace muy sabrosamente con un gran esfuerzo que se vuelve eco-amistoso a cada paso. La habitación era muy agradable y cómoda. El personal es muy amable y útil. El único problema que me ha enfrentado fue la bañera de lavandería, donde el copo estaba apuntando a la parte de la piscina y no se quedaba apuntando a la piscina. Un primer paso para mí:-)

The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. Este hotel debió vivir tiempos mejores en el pasado porque actualmente parece más un hotel fantasma, por la falta de personal de servicio y la falta de mantenimiento de algunas instalaciones. Es una pena porque la habitación me gustó bastante. Es una habitación muy amplia, con una cama cómoda y decoración bonita. Pero el servicio proporcionado por el hotel dejó mucho que desear, y puedo nombrar numerosos ejemplos de ello. Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto, el chófer que teníamos incluido en el precio de la reserva no estaba. Nos comentaron otros conductores que se había marchado con otra persona hacia poco tiempo, al parecer por lo que entendimos a la llegada al hotel nos debía haber esperado a nosotros pero no fue así, así que nos tocó esperar cerca de 45 min a que volviese a buscarnos. Realmente nos terminamos quedando solos fuera de la terminal esperándole, por lo que no debe ser algo habitual en el resto de hoteles. Otro tema fue que el día que fuimos a ver el amanecer en Angkor Wat, nos comentaron el día anterior que nos podían dar una bolsita de picnic con el desayuno para poder llevarnos, preguntándonos incluso las opciones que queríamos. A las 6:00 cuando llegamos a la recepción no había nadie, dijimos un “hello” en voz alta y de repente se levantó de un sofá una persona del servicio que estaba allí durmiendo. Le preguntamos por el desayuno y nos miraba con cara de no saber nada de nada, daba vueltas hacia la pequeña oficina que hay detrás de recepción, volvía, miraba el móvil, llamaba a alguien, daba otra vuelta y así durante casi 10 minutos, sin darnos una respuesta ni solución hasta que finalmente le preguntamos, pero ¿el desayuno va a llegar? Y nos contestó con un no y ya nos fuimos tras haber estado perdiendo el tiempo, obligándonos a parar a desayunar después en la ruta que teníamos planificada con tiempos ajustados. Por la tarde cuando volvimos, nos dijeron que lo sentían y poco más. Simplemente nos ofrecieron acercarnos a algún sitio a cenar con el chófer pero dijimos que no porque los tuk tuk eran baratos y no nos apetecía tener que estar esperando a que llegase el chófer. Pero lo peor fue una noche cuando volvimos de la cena que nos encontramos la habitación sin limpiar. En la recepción no sabían dar ninguna explicación y encima tocó dar 2 paseos a la recepción porque habíamos solicitado cambio de toallas, y a por alguna otra cosa. A la mañana siguiente hablamos con la Manager del hotel que lejos de disculparse, intentaba excusarse con una justificación sin sentido, diciendo que el servicio de habitaciones había ido a la habitación a las 14:00 y que justo en ese momento estábamos dentro con el no molestar puesto, porque habíamos pasado a cambiarnos durante media hora para ir a hacer otra actividad, y ya no volvieron en todo el día. Vamos, algo ilógico en cualquier hotel, pero mucho más en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Y después de estos ejemplos de mala gestión, comentar que en la piscina había veces que faltaban toallas y tardaba
