Nice hotel with very, very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast could have a bigger variety and the rooms would need a touch up here and there, but nothing big to complain about. The location is great in walking distance to pub street and many sightseeing spots. But some bars with loud music around, playing throughout the night.

Could not stay due to personal reasons after free cancellation period (5 days in advance). Trip.com approved full refund if sakaban suite agreed. Sakaban refused and took my money. Never in my years of travel have I ever experienced such greedy behaviour. Says alot about the management. Book elsewhere, there are plenty of other options in siem reap, this is not one of them.

My stay at the hotel was fine overall. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient. The cleanliness and amenities were average — nothing bad, but also nothing that stood out. With a few improvements in room upkeep and facility upgrades, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience

Located a little bit away from the main tourist area, so it suited me .... much quieter, less traffic noise etc. Staff were very helpful with any questions l had.... although there was no t.v. in my room ,which they said , they would fix, but it never happened. Besides that it was an ideal small complex and l would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cambodia . Not only is the location fantastic, a four minute walk to pub street That includes an entourage of incredible and cheap restaurants, but the staff is simply amazing. They are so kind and helpful. There were multiple times during our trip where we ran into problems, one being a person of our group, getting sick, and them providing a shuttle to the hospital, to helping us when our flight got canceled. They allowed us to stay in the hotel area, took care of our bags, and helped figure out flights. The rooms are also very nice, and spacious. great for the price. In addition, if you want to save money on booking tours for the temples, you can always use the hotel service. They offer tuk-tuks to the temples for an incredibly cheap price, I think, starting at eight USD for a small group of 3. Breakfast was delicious, they have an omelette bar, toast, croissants, and different types of drinks. The pool was very clean, and the area around the pool is shady, there is great trees, plants, and foliage for a beautiful full breeze and shade.

По расположению – отлично. Близко ко всей инфраструктуре, но в то же время тихо (во всяком случае в номере с видом во двор). Номер просторный. Немного уже уставший, но это особо его не портит. Но очень хотелось бы обратить внимание владельцев на состояние постельного белья (в катышках), халатов (были грязные). Также не было маленьких полотенец. Завтрак неплохой, не особо разнообразный, но голодным не останешься. При выезде рано утром собрали сухой паек (два яйца, хлеб с маслом, булочку и мандарин).

友人とカンボジア旅行のため利用しました。 繁華街から大変近く便利ですが騒音は気になります。 賑やかな街なので夜遅くまで音がうるさいです。 神経質な方は避けた方がいいと思います。 部屋は広くて快適です。 ただエレベーターがないので大荷物だと上の階へ上がるのには大変です。 値段は安いし朝食も付いていたのでわたしたちは満足でした！

Отличное расположение отеля! Хорошие завтрак, но не разнообразный. Чистые комнаты, но в душевой не мешало бы сделать клининг. Для проживания однозначно рекомендую!

Como íbamos a estar 4 noches reservamos una doble con cama extragrande y salita. La recepción muy bonita y aparente. Hay piezas de colección por todas partes (2 vespas, un gramófono, etc...) Aunque es un 4 estrellas, no tiene ascensor, así que nos pusieron en la planta baja, siendo la nuestra la última habitación del pasillo (al lado del SPA), por lo que no dábamos directamente a la piscina (mayor tranquilidad) si bien se accedía a ésta por una puerta contigua. La piscina, pequeña, pero limpia y con buenas toallas, tumbonas y un pequeño bar. Los 56 m2 se dividían en un dormitorio grande con cama de 2 m (bien de colchón, sábanas y almohadas), con aire acondicionado, y una salita con un sofá y 2 sillones, TV satélite (pero solo se veían canales locales), nevera (con las 2 botellitas de agua gratis cada día) y un baño amplio, algo castigado pero limpio, con un lavabo en piedra, espejo grande, inodoro y una ducha romana no en las mejores condiciones y con una cortina poco agradable (bien de toallas). En la puerta hay espacio para 4 o 5 coches (nosotros tuvimos suerte y siempre lo pudimos dejar). Limpieza, sueño y wifi bien. El desayuno bueno sin ser brillante (opciones oriental y europea y con cocinero para huevos al momento, tortillas...). Está a solo 10' caminando del centro (la famosa calle 8, el Old Market y la zona turística). Enfrente hay un 7/11 nuevo y muy bien surtido. Un muy buen hotel para los parámetros camboyanos, al que volveríamos pues gozamos de una buena oferta.
