I am a Chinese tourist who went to Siem Reap for the Songkran Festival. This is the first time that it is so bad. The superior room with more than 500 RMB does not have a hot water bottle. I can’t even eat instant noodles. Generally, there are two bottles of mineral water in the room. You have to wait for the waiter. The room will be cleaned for you the next day! There are grains on the quilt, as if the sand does not look clean, I will not stay in this hotel for the second time, and this hotel is not considered a four-star hotel! ! !

柬埔寨五星酒店設備齊全，只是房間wifi較差，早餐算豐富，市區交通方便，斜對面是文化村和大型摩天輪，但行路需10多分鐘才有較好餐廳。

酒店服務非常及時，自助早餐很豐盛，傍晚外出遊玩歸來泳池裡游泳，泳池邊納涼很舒適。衹是酒店設施比較陳舊，疫情過後可以考慮更新。

這家酒店差到什麼程度呢：1.我們是因為在攜程定點另一家酒店已經停業了，被攜程安排到這裏的，當然網上有空房，結果顯示預訂成功後，到酒店等待1個小時後才能入住，説是系統查不到；2.按照他們要求的填寫單子洗衣服，寫着3.15美元一條褲子，第二天完成。結果第二天晚上也沒有送到，找前台後，第二天去洗衣服取回來，跟我講要5美元，而且衣服洗的很不乾淨，無語；3.在餐廳吃個飯，20美元的牛排沒有寫上額外服務費和税也就算了，用了1個小時，去買的牛肉現做的嗎？最差的是，這是牛排嗎？分明就是牛蹄筋，切不動咬不爛，直接要掀桌子。還有很多差評，不一一列舉了，總之不要去。

We were part of a LE tour This hotel was below par! There was a used bottle of body lotion in the BR The A/C did not work, the curtains were covered in mould The bathroom smelled I was totally disappointed with the booking company choosing this hotel , breakfast was just ok, coffee undrinkable The staff were very good

We had a fantastic time.. huge property and grand resort. Had a Lovely time. The staff is polite and courteous. Special thanks to all the staff of the resort for making our journey so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers to siam reap.

This is the second time we have stayed here. I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Angkor Resort. The place is clean, the staff very friendly and the food is very good. The resort is not too close to town, but close enough to be convenient. The rates are very reasonable too.
I would recommend to anyone to stay here, you won't be sorry.

Beautiful resort hotel on gorgeous tropical grounds. My over-sized room had a stunning view from the private balcony of the HUGE, spotlessly-clean pool and surrounding lush gardens. Very clean rooms, well-operating A/C and nice bath accessories with both a shower AND a free-standing tub. Mrs Savorn & other staff were FANTASTIC... so friendly, very helpful. The location was less than a 10-min fun & easy tuk-tuk ride, which the hotel arranged--and costs just a few USDs. Or, during certain set times of the day, there's a FREE shuttle to the vibrant Pub Street area.
