The Palm is in a more secluded area which is very nice and quiet. It is close to Angkor Wat. There is a temple nearby and there is chanting during certain hours of the day. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. There is also a restaurant/cafe on site.the cabins are very nice and quite clean, however the bathrooms are smaller. Overall, we’ve had a very nice experience.

I’ve been traveling and stayed at many hotels in my life but that was one of the worst stay. On the way to the hotel, the road was very bad and when I checked in at night, there were so many bugs everywhere. In the middle of the night, when I was sleeping, some people knocked on the door and tried to open it. That was very scary experience and couldn’t sleep at all. I booked for 2 nights but on the next early morning, I checked out and moved to a different hotel. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Awesome stay! Loved the bamboo room and everything in the hotel was spot on! Would recommend

The staff was most welcoming, they let me do early check in free, it was very nice and so needed.

We had a great experience at Palm Village Resort & Spa. I went there with my daughter and the owners and staff were so kind to us in every way. I wish we could've stayed longer! The atmosphere is amazing, very relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. It's so nice to just sit and chill out in the evening, just listening to the sounds around you. The cabin we stayed in was also really nice. Good AC, nice beds, nice and clean bathroom. A TV would have been nice, but my daughter was okay with it. Our time there was short, but amazing!

A peaceful and quite family run stay that's close to the city centre as well as the main gate of Angkor Wat. This is ideal to catch the sunrise at the main temple. We opted for the bamboo cottages as we wanted to get a feel on living in a stilted house of Cambodia. And it didn't disappoint. The cottage was large with floor beds and had a separate ensuite with tub and shower cubicle. It could use with a bedside table and a small wardrobe to unpack our suitcases. The meals were flavoursome with traditional and continental fare who's ingredients were sourced from the garden. The best part was the salt water pool which was refreshing in the mid day heat. The host were friendly and extremely helpful in arranging our tours and excursions.

Superb customer service, peaceful quiet lodging with lovingly-prepared fresh meals, clean and well-appointed bungalows, refreshing pool, wonderful massage and facial treatments after long days touring Angkor World Heritage Site. If you are looking for a friendly place to stay away from the bustle of Siem Reap, and close to Angkor, I highly recommend Palm Village.

A lovely peaceful hotel, set in amongst jungle. Staff excellent, accommodation excellent (stayed in bamboo huts), clean, tidy and perfectly comfortable. Pool tranquil and great for a sip to cool down. Bar/restaurant area just right, food great, drinks well priced. Well done to all staff 👍

I don't usually go to the trouble of writing reviews but will make an exception for an exceptional experience. Can not recommend the Palm Village more highly. We stayed for six nights but could have stayed for six months. Stepping through the doors was like stepping into a garden oasis a world away from the noise and bustle. Don't get me wrong I love the colour and excitement of Siem Reap but having those simple but elegant air conditioned huts to return to was perfect. The pool was large and well designed, the staff were friendly and very helpful. And don't believe any negative reviews about WiFi coverage. It was great. Would not stay anywhere else in Siem Reap
