El servicio en la recepción es muy bueno. Es muy cómodo para comer. Hay una olla caliente en el hotel, y hay una barbacoa de autoservicio enfrente. Lo único malo es que las sábanas no parecen haber sido cambiado Hay manchas de sangre y puntos *****s en las sábanas La misma sangre.

The hotel was ok, the staffs were friendly, patient, and ready to support you, and the room was clean and gorgeous. I love the feeling when I have breakfast beside the pool, which has a tropical style.
But there was a problem with my payment. I had already paid all my room fees with trip.com before the day I arrived at the hotel. After that, trip.com contacted me and informed me that I had to pay an extra cost of about 20 USD (and they would cover this fee). It was not a problem until I arrived at the hotel, and the receptionist informed me that I had to pay 99 USD. After contacting the supporter of trip.com, they told me that I had to pay the fee first and would refund me later.
After all, It was a terrible experience. We were exhausted then but still needed to solve this problem before checking in and relaxing.

房間空調很差，鎖還是鑰匙，不能隨身外帶出去，同時他們的門窗鎖竟然沒有的，不能反鎖（我們住四樓），晚上睡覺不踏實，空調不能長時間製冷，效果不好，服務死板，態度好，就是不能解決實際問題，設施老舊，游泳池面積不會超30平方（😓），管理混亂，停車竟然要我們自己去找位置，沒有人指揮，車位不足，總之性價比很低，還有就是早餐，根本沒有東西吃的，特別是中國人應該沒有吃的慣的食物，我竟然在這裏早餐喝到了壞了的純牛奶，要個煎雞蛋竟然要去外面採購雞蛋，真是無語了😱😱

ホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。フロントの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。
気になった点として、セキュリティボックスの電池が切れおり、新しい電池をお願いしましたが、最後まで電池が届くことはなく、セキュリティボックスは使用できませんでした。「我々を信用しろ」ということなのでしょうが、やはり不安でした。
プールは１階と屋上との二箇所にありました。１階は蚊が多かったので屋上のプールをおすすめします。
繁華街とは少し離れているため、グラブ等でトゥクトゥクを手配する必要があります。パブストリートまで1～1.5ドル程度でした。
とにかくスタッフの方の対応が気持ちよく、そのおかげでカンボジア旅行がとてもいい思い出となりました。

酒店裝修不錯，餐廳不錯，對面就是一個燒烤夜市。唯一不足就是大堂至電梯需要上小十層台階，入住帶行李爬樓梯不是很方便。

We loved this hotel. It had a vintage vibe and was staffed by an eager and enthusiastic young staff. They are all learning the trade and doing an excellent job. The hotel gives back to the community which is admirable in today’s world. I especially liked the pool on the main floor. It was like being in a private oasis. It was wonderful to connect with young Cambodians and experience some of their passion for their trade and their country. My son and his wife stayed here a year ago. It seems to appeal to young people but we never experienced any disturbances from them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
