Sufrí de chinches. Le dije a la recepcionista que me gustaría cambiar de habitación, pero se negaron, diciendo que no debían estar allí, y me dijeron que fuera a la farmacia si me picaba. Dado que las críticas son buenas, no creo que otras habitaciones se hayan visto particularmente afectadas.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, ya que está cerca de los principales lugares turísticos de Siem Reap. Sin embargo, la actitud del propietario no es buena. Mis amigos pensaron que nuestros desayunos estaban incluidos. Nadie nos notó y el personal nos sirvió el desayuno como si ya lo hubiéramos pagado. Durante el check-out, nos cobraron y tratamos de negociar con el propietario de buena manera. Pero la actitud del propietario fue extremadamente mala.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Pub Street and Night Market, making it super convenient. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and were always ready to support us with any needs. Even when we arrived late and had a late check-out, they were flexible and accommodating. What's more, they even helped us book a tour successfully. We were truly impressed with the attentive and friendly service. We'll definitely be back and recommend to friends.

I had a great stay at Uncle Sam in Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. But my favorite part? The free breakfast—simple, tasty, and such a nice way to start the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Value for money is perfect. Room was not cleaned for three days in row, stuff claiming not having understood our request to omit cleaning in the first day only (of four days). So please always make sure you are understood. Breakfast is simple and limited (eggs dish, little plate or fruits and coffee). The location, general style (traditional Cambodian) are great, the stuff very nice.

Good hotels, friendly staff, great stay and affordable price

Very comfortable experience. Staff are accommodating and always smiling. Clean rooms, very quiet area and not too far from shops, restaurants, night market and river side. It's very convenient to everything, and they serve yummy breakfast too! Thank you to the amazing team of Uncle Sam Villa. I had an amazing holiday at Siem Reap.

Great location. A couple blocks from Pub Street and restaurant activity, but on a quieter side street. Big bright comfortable room. Hotel hallways floors (and everything else) shiny squeaky clean. Great value.

Great place to stay, I stayed here for 3 nights and the pricing was very affordable. Spacious and very clean rooms and a well maintained property. The staff is always available and friendly, a family run property and they take care of it really well. Would definitely recommend. Very conveniently located close to the Pub street, Old market, night market and the river side if your want to explore street food.

Very clean room, great service, good breakfast, good location (only 5 minute walk to the Pub street), and great value. Good AC and 2 free water bottles each day.I would definitely return again.

Good place to travel with average budget

I loved this hotel as the simplicity of the decor made for a very peaceful stay. The room was a good size and super clean. The location was very near Pub Street and the centre.

Wow, what a Fantastic Hotel. Amazing room and amenities. I had the best time there in all. Great bed, shower, towels, breakfast and service from the staff and moto drivers. The location is close walking distance to Pub street, but far enough away to hear nothing. Lane way access is rough and not sign posted, but well worth the trouble. I would highly recommend staying at this Hotel. I’ll be back.
