Estancia bastante dura. Tuvieron problemas para encontrar las reservas que necesitábamos y luego tuvimos que llamar a trip.com para ayudar al personal a resolver los detalles. La habitación estaba sucia y olía mal, como a moho y madera podrida. El desayuno nos puso bastante enfermos a mi prometido y a mí. La piscina estaba bien, pero el hotel tiene mucho por mejorar.

設備は古いが、全体的に清潔。 朝食の種類が増えるともっと良い。

親切な従業員さんが多かったです。ホテル全体の雰囲気がよく、部屋も広くて綺麗で、朝食も美味しくコスパがいいと思いました。

We stayed in this hotel in August 2024 with the family and kid, this hotel is very nice with excellent services, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Easy to find this lovely hotel. Nice restaurant, good food and the swimming pool is Highly recommended

Visited Sieam Reap and stayed on Kouprey hotel for 4days. excellent experience. staffs are very friendly and helpful in all way. hotel atmosphere is very nice ,clean and and quite .rooms,pool,and dininig area are very good. i would like to again stay over here. staffs all speak english.hotel is located near all convenience.

Excellent hotel, very good personnel, kind service. From A to Z everything is very good. Great Breakfast... All staffs are very very kind and friendly ! Special mention to Sokphat, the supervisor who is peerless in taking care of the comfort of the guests, provided very valuable information and accompanied us to the spectacle center and also to buy tickets. In our two months of travel, in no hotel someone advanced money to us to buy tickets !!! Sokphat did it from her pocket!!! Manifestation of kindness. If you are in Siem Reap, and if you are looking for a special service,this is the place to be.

Excellent hotel … nice and clean … very good customer service and specifically Reception staff weee very professional and helpful.. would recommend to anyone ..enjoyed variety of breakfast menu and tuk-tuk available on the doorstep… awesome

Very beautiful hotel in Seam Reap. Clean, comfortable and so very friendly. The garden is gorgeous and the pool is lovely. All the staff were exceptional, especially Sokpaht at the front desk. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel while visiting.
