I think the staff there is really nice and friendly. But the location is a bit off with also the parking area too. And I feel like it lacking some quite of amenities for this type of resort.

Perfect hotel nestled away in a great part of Siem Reap.  The staff were so friendly and lovely. The room was perfect and has everything I needed along with a balcony. The stairs up and down to the third floor did take it out of my legs in the heat but it was good exercise. The room came with breakfast but I’m not much of a breakfast person so didn’t try it. The location was great and easy to get into the busier part near the market and pub street.

Housekeeping should be more convenient. I had to inform the front dest to change towels but it didn’t changed after all. Toilet paper run out as well and not changed. This kind of issues should be taken serious in order to keep this lovely hotel business. Other than, location is great. Close to muffin man, paris bakery, tevy’s place if you interest to have lunch. The closer motorbike rent shop help to rent. Ps: around 20-25 usd costs for private car from airport to center or opposite.

Really lovely. Can't fault it for the price. Lovely rooms and staff were epic. Bfast was OK! Pancakes for the win. Not as much the scrambled shakshuka. Really nice. Great location. Sadly some noisy businesses nearby.

This place marks a good memorable memories during my first visit to Siem Reap. I like how’s the concept of the hotel and the unwind bathtub! It’s convenient as there are multiple of convenient store and eatery. And one of the famous Australian Cafe (Muffin Man) is just 5 min walk away. Definitely will recommend my friends to visit n return again. Kudos Solitaire! 👍

This is a lovely welcoming small hotel with very nicely appointed rooms and all the necessary amenities. The beds are super comfortable with very nice velveteen sheets. The staff are really helpful as I had to rearrange my dates at the last minute. Also they kindly assisted me in booki g a taxi to Poipet on my departure. Everything worked well, great water pressure, cool air con, great location just across the bridge my the two markets. Highly recommend for the reasonable price charged (compared to other places nearby) and I'll be back again for sure.

Staff friendly and helpful- very hot temps in Siem Reap when we stayed and they brought a fan into the room to assist the cooling of the room as the AC didn’t quiet cool the room. Staff very helpful in suggesting/ help organise trips to match our needs. Restaurant and stairs under renovation (at time of our stay) and a smell of paint evident but looking very smart (freshly painted). Laundry opposite- does a quick turnaround and charges by the kilo.

Due to fully booking, they let us upgrade one more hotel where was 5 mins taking tuktuk from this hotel. we’re like a little disappointed with that, but after transferring the alternative, realized we had luck, was a nice experience in SR!

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, with comfortable accommodations and attentive service. However, one aspect that could be improved is the traditional door lock system. In today's tech-driven world, a smart door lock would enhance security and convenience. Despite this, the staff's hospitality and the hotel's amenities made for a pleasant experience. Consider incorporating modern door lock technology for an even more seamless stay in the future.

Great location, everything is within walking distance, massage salons, gym (Khun Khmer), restaurants, small embankment along the river.
