The front desk is friendly and the hotel service is very good

Is a nice place, the location is a little hard to find, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.

Three-night stay and had a comfortable time. After the intense historical site visits in scorching weather, the pool time was super nice. All the staff speak good English to support the guests and are friendly. A simple breakfast with fresh fruits was ok to start a day. The hotel didn’t recognise my booking from Trip.com when I arrived, but they simultaneously sorted out arranging the room. Accessible location with Tuktuk to the pub street area and the bus boarding point to Phnom Penh. There were lots of Mosquitoes in the room. Make sure to spray the corner space before bedtime. Clean bedsheets and a roomy room. It was good in general. The hotel's name, Residence 1960, wasn't registered on the Grab app. You need to use the hotel name on the card if you use the Grab app.

房間感覺一般般，因為沒有窗户，服務態度是真的很熱情，這個價位很不錯，早餐也馬馬虎虎，相當於國內的三星級酒店

清潔度→3泊中1度掃除に入ってもらいましたが、使用済みのバスマットと、バスタオル1枚(2枚中)は交換してもらえずそのままでした。 ロケーション →初日は夜に着きました。ホテルは小道を入った所に位置しているので、周りが暗いので徒歩で行く場合女性は怖いかもしれません。 設備→バスタブの所にある、シャワーを掛ける部分が壊れており使いにくかった。電気ポットも付いたり、付かなかったり。テレビも付かず直してくれる予定でしたが、結局何の音沙汰もありませんでした。

Personnel très agréable. L'hotel offre des services comme trouver des touk touk pour faire le tour des temples d'angkor à un prix normal mais dans un confort exceptionnel car ceux qu'ils ont sélectionnés sont neuf et les chauffeurs parlent anglais). En plus il est prevu une glacière remplie de bouteilles d'eau gratuites qu'on peut prendre tout le long de la journée (on en boit entre 5 et 10 chacun)....

服務很好，房間也挺大，泳池小但很乾凈，比較精緻的酒店；早餐比較單調，蚊子非常多，位置有點偏，不太好找，離熱鬧的市區大概要有1.5公里。

El hotel estaba bastante bien y la habitación muy limpia. El desayuno es de buffet, no había muchísimas elecciones pero muy rico en general. El personal super agradable, nos ayudó en todo lo que pedimos y preguntamos. Nos dejaron pasar el día que nos íbamos en la piscina y ducharnos si queríamos. Piscina agradable para pasar la tarde después de visitar los templos durante la mañana.

En primer lugar, no se trata de un hotel de 4 estrellas, sino de 3 estrellas como mucho. Empezaré por el personal, que es absolutamente encantador, sonriente y servicial. La comida que sirven allí es muy buena y recomiendo comer allí. El desayuno es bueno y se sirve desde las 6:30 hasta las 10:00. La piscina está limpia, aunque es un poco pequeña. Reservamos una habitación familiar, la 106, que está en la planta baja. Estaba muy oscuro, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el wifi tampoco funcionaba en la habitación. Afortunadamente, cuando les comenté esto, nos dieron otra habitación, la 497. Una vez más, las habitaciones son bastante básicas, no son de 4 estrellas, y además no había nevera en la habitación. Nos íbamos a ir por el día y pedí que pusieran una nevera en la habitación y que metieran las bebidas para que tuviéramos bebidas frías cuando volvimos 6 horas después. No lo hicieron, lo que fue molesto. También hay muchos desniveles pequeños en el suelo que nos hacen tropezar a todos y nos golpean los dedos de los pies. El hotel está situado al final de una calle pequeña, por lo que no pueden acceder los autobuses, así que prepárate para caminar 100 metros hasta el hotel. También tendrás que coger un tuk tuk para llegar a la ciudad, ya que se tarda unos 20 minutos a pie. La entrada y la salida cuestan 4 dólares. En general, no es un mal hotel, el personal es genial, pero es un poco cutre.

Perfect! All the staff were attentive, smiling and caring throughout the stay! We regret having to leave so quickly! It was wonderful! The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent! Thank you for making this trip magical.

Hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and great staff, very nice people and helpful. The tuk-tuk driver from the hotel was great, he always took us safely to our destination. In my opinion, the location is very good, 20 minutes walk to the market, quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds, good food and daily room cleaning. I highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic value for the price. This resort is run by very friendly and helpful locals. You will not find a better value for this price point. This is a traditional Khmer home that was developed with an adjoining hotel. The shower is hot and welcome as the place we stayed in before was twice the price with a cold shower. Because of the lower price point there have been difficult beg packer guests expecting too much and wanting to pay nothing. In my opinion that is the reason for some retaliatory reviews.

It was a really good stay for our honeymoon! The pool was nice en the room super deluxe! Special thanks to Ravy who maked our stay complete :) Also the breakfast was really good with some juices, toast and eggs just the way you want them! So overall, really good!
