From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay unforgettable. We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and they went above and beyond—singing a heartfelt birthday song and surprising us with a beautifully decorated fruit cake. Their warmth felt genuinely sincere; they clearly love what they do and take pride in creating magical moments for guests. The spa experience was a highlight—a unique 3-hour treatment that left us feeling renewed and pampered. The room was always fresh with vibrant tropical fruit, and the breakfast (served until 5 PM!) made our mornings feel extra relaxed. On days when we went on early tours, they even prepared a thoughtful morning basket for us at 4 AM. The setting was pure paradise: a tranquil garden, luxurious airport pickup, elegant room décor, and imaginative towel sculptures that greeted us each day. Everything was infused with care and beauty. If you’re looking for a stay that combines thoughtful luxury with heartfelt hospitality, this is it.

My wife and I had the most magical honeymoon at the Waka Villa in Siem Reap! Seriously, if you're looking for a romantic getaway, this place is a MUST. The service was impeccable, everyone was so friendly and attentive, specially Mr. Seam and Ms. Phalla who were always very friendly and anticipating our needs before we even asked. Our villa was gorgeous, spacious and private with a nice pool that we practically lived in. The food was incredible – the fish amok and pomelo salad were definite highlights and some of the best meals we had in Cambodia all prepared by the best Chef Mrs. Phalla and her team. The Waka Family also went above and beyond for our honeymoon, decorating our villa and arranging an amazing 3-hour spa package. They made us feel like royalty and created memories we'll cherish forever!! Highly recommend it to any couple looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Siem Reap!

No doubts one of the best stays ever! Starting from the seamless communication before, through the checking in process, during the stay, and check out - everything was perfect. O really enjoyed the privacy of the villa, swimming pool and modern architecture. The hotel also organised a tour guide - Tom. Really passionate and knowledgeable man. I strongly recommend Waka Villa.

This has been a breathtaking stay at Waka Villas (7 star quality indeed). The private Villa with Pool and an interior of traditional mixed with modern minimalism and warmth, was ever so welcoming after long days on tours. Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals. We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs. And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people. Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love. Looking forward to booking here again!

マネージャーの方が日本人で、細やかなサポートをしてくださり、初シェムリアップでしたが、安心して観光することができました。 また、ホテルでも素晴らしいホスピタリティで、宿泊費以上の満足する滞在でした！ お食事もスパも、大満足でした。

생각보다 사진이랑 같았고 좋았고 모기 없습니다. 전기방향모기제가 있어서 들어옴 바로 죽습니다. 깨끗합니다. 다만 거리가 좀 외집니다. 잘 쉬고갑니다

Un alojamiento de 10 real. La villa es excepcional, bien diseñada y distribuida, con una cama enorme y un baño increíble. El mobiliario es local de Camboya, con un nivel de acabado muy bueno. La piscina es una maravilla. 6m de largo, con la profundidad adecuada. Es el mejor regalo después de todo el día visitando los templos de Angkor y el calor reinante. El equipo, muy proactivo y encantadores. El día de la llegada era mi cumpleaños. Mr. Seam (Zam) y el gerente Mr. Masao, siempre cercanos al cliente, juntamente con todo el equipo, me brindaron la sorpresa de un pastel de fruta y me cantaron el “Happy Birthday”. Fue una estampa preciosa. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Además, posteriormente Seam generó un vídeo con las fotos y secuencias, excepcional Nos apoyamos en el equipo para solicitar recomendaciones para la cena. Las dos sugerencias que nos hicieron fueron excepcionales y acertadas a lo que deseábamos. Aquí, mención especial a Mr. Seam. Persona muy joven pero que lidera su equipo y conoce muy bien el negocio y la satisfacción del cliente. Disfrutamos enormemente de los desayunos, los jugos y de los servicios que nos proporcionaron, incluidos en la tarifa (servicio de tuktuk hasta el centro, servicio de spa (muy recomendable), servicio de lavandería, etc) Totalmente recomendable. El conjunto del resort, las instalaciones, la villa y el equipo que conforma Waka Resort hacen que, todo junto, sea un 10. Nunca habíamos estado en un resort de villas que, todo junto, sea excepcional. Si volvemos a visitar Siem Reap, volveremos seguro a este Resort.

Sabíamos que visitar Angkor Wat em abril seria um grande desafio pelo calor excessivo e nos aconselharam a fazer um passeio cedinho até no máximo às 10:00 hs, voltar para o hotel e ficar na piscina até umas 15:00 hs, quando poderíamos continuar as visitas aos templos. A escolha de uma vila com uma piscina só nossa foi o que tornou nossa viagem tão maravilhosa. O Waka Villa é perfeito e merece todos os elogios pela acomodação e pela hospitalidade. Mr. Seam foi mais que atencioso e cuidou de todos os detalhes e mimos. A culinária e o spa completaram toda a experiência. Indico!

Nos alojamos en este hotel 5 días en Agosto. El hotel es de 10. Las instalaciones, la comida, el spa pero sobre todo el personal incluido la dirección de hotel. Un trato exquisito, con atención a todos los detalles, la habitación perfecta con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad en la piscina privada después de visitar los templos es algo maravilloso. La estancia ha sido inmejorable. Gracias a todo el personal por el trato recibido.
