This hotel was dated but very clean, the staff where amazing my dad has leg problems and I couldn't folt them the help every way they could by taking his plate from him while he put the items on and taking it back to the table for him to bringing us all our drinks even on a morning while waiting for breakfast bringing us tea and coffee to the rooms. The rooms where clean always had fresh towels the one day they forgot to put the towels in our room he got us them straight away. The was 2 complains I would have about the hotel is one none of the food was labelled (only soup) and the bar lad on an evening was more conserved about chatting up the young girls and would serve anyone after 11pm when the bar had shut even tho you had been waiting for him while he was chatting them up. Over all this hotel was amazing and lovely would defo come back

Rooms were comfortable.pillow not so good.The staff were the best ever.I havnt had service like it.Can't fault them.My husband uses a walking stick,so they used to carry his plate so he could load his food on.And I must say after visiting Turkey 9times it was the best food we've had..with the exception of breakfast.Very close to shops and bars,the ruins were about 30 min slow walk away.Will defiantly go again

Wasn’t the worst, nice staff, great location for the beach and the shops, lovely wee area. But really only caters for Germans, never heard an English speaker whole time I was there, staff had very poor English too, all inclusive had plenty of choice but again mainly catered for the Germans almost all the food I didn’t even know what it was, would be really bad if your a fussy eater.

The waiters were great ,food abit monotonous with chicken ever day ,got bit by mosquitoes one day went to bed and when I woke there were a few splatters of blood ,was charged €23.00 euros paid it on 1 condition that they gave me the sheet ,they said yes so I paid waited and waited but nothing arrived, went back the the little horrible assistant manager and he said they couldn't find it ,then found out that other people had been bitten and got blood on there sheets and they weren't charged

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Service war toll, das Essen sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Vom Hotel sind es 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt.

İlk defa geldik ve son olmayacak. Çalışanlar çok deneyimli ve yardım sever. Yemekler özenle hazırlanıyor hüseyin ustanın ellerinden.barda serdar bey ve ekibi hep güleryüzlü. Odamız sürekli temizlendi yenilendi.işletme sahibi Hüseyin bey 5 ***** seviyesinde personel yetiştirmiş. Seneye tekrar görüşürüz.

Nous étions venus en octobre 2020 la dernière fois, en plein COVID, et avions été enchantés. Entre-temps le management a changé. L'accueil a été tout aussi cordial qu'il a 2 ans. Le personnel a aussi changé, mais là aussi, il est toujours aussi aidant et sympathique. Nous avons reçu une chambre trop grande (pour 4 personnes) pour nous et le lendemain on a reçu une chambre mieux proportionnée (2 personnes). Le Wi-Fi est meilleur qu'il y a 2 ans. Mais on pas toujours atteignable suivant où l'on de trouve . La nourriture est toujours correcte et variés. La clientèle est plus allemande qu'il y a 2 ans. Moins de Russes, certainement à cause de la situation actuelle. Le prix abordable et est justifié. La région nous plaît beaucoup et nous y reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine !

L'accueil a été très chaleureux et rapide. Nous avons reçu une chambre familiale avec 4 lits alors que l'on était que 2. Le réception WiFi dans cette chambre étant inexistante le manager nous a proposé une chambre à 2 lits mais qui avait un accès WiFi cette fois.
Le WiFi est le point négatif de cet établissement. Il n'est vraiment correct qu'à la réception. Partout ailleurs les point d'accès sont très lent.
La nourriture est variée, pour mon goût assez fade.
Le personnel, surtout pour nous Serdar, est aux petits soins avec nous. C'est le plus de ce petit hôtel.
Le manager a satisfait nos souhaits (p.ex. coussins supplémentaire dans la chambre). Le personnel parle bien l'allemand (pour nous un plus) et un peu l'anglais.
La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment bien. A 10-15 minutes à pied du port de Side, 5-10 jusqu'a la rue marchande et à peine 5 minutes jusqu'à la mer. La plage privée est par contre assez loin à pied, mais il y a un service shuttle 2x allez-retour par jour. Les restaurants avoisinants sont assez bruyants. L'hôtel lui-même est assez calme.
La piscine pour adulte de 1.4m est assez grande. Pour les enfants, il a un petit bassin de 40cm de profondeur.
Au début de notre séjour la clientèle était plus germanophone, vers la fin il y avait plus de Russes. Cela doit dépendre des vacances dans ces pays.
Nous y étions pour la deuxième fois et nous pensons fortement y revenir l'année prochaine, car nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cet établissement.

Ich hatte wieder eine wunderbare Zeit in einem kleinem, familiär geführten Hotel. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sauber und gut geführt. Auch als Single fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben und nicht einsam.
