"I had stay in this hotel with my wife. The hotel has great facilities, services,clean and comfortable room with best view of the Hawassa city and mountain. We had great experience in good location. All days our room was decored and full of fruit's. During our stay we invited to get steam, sauna and swimming pool services also it was great and nice, we never seen this kind of hospitality in Ethiopian before. We love the place and people. The review I was seen in trip advisor is relay didn't match the hotel standard."

The hotel is well-equipped with all the essential amenities, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, steam bath, massage services, and even a barbershop, making it easy to relax and unwind without needing to leave the premises. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and responsive to any requests. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk support, we always felt well taken care of.
