The room only has one socket, and it is under table, quite troublesome to change the charger. The breakfast is not ready by 7am as stated, but nearby got food court.

The room was clean. The shower is very strong, this part I like it very much. But there is no door in the shower area and the water splash floor near the basin area and the bathroom is wet and dangerous for senior citizens. Front desk staff were very helpful to carry out luggage up to the 2nd floor due to lift malfunctions. Thank you so much

The hotel’s location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was generally clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were decent. I top up a little bit at the hotel to change to room with windows. Hotel breakfast is sometimes good, sometimes bad.

Very cozy hotel, it has private compound. Its safe to park here. Very clean and neat. The breakfast also lots variety. Will come back one dat

My families and I were enjoyed staying there, so comfortable, we also satisfied with the cleanliness, car park also provided, can monitor our car from the upstair bcos we got the room that have window, this is our second time repeated staying in this hotel, very recommended.

This is my first time staying here, the overall experience is good. The counter staff is also very friendly

our original room's aircon was leaking and they upgraded us into a bigger room which was great!

With the price, what else would you expect..it's a pretty decent hotel..good location, Popular food court on the next building, easy to find place to eat, walking distance to Ta Kiong Supermarket, Guardian, Watson, Banks also to Wisma Sanyan..stayed here for few times already..very nice to stay for just having a place to sleep and rest..i would recommend this hotel for any work trip travellers..it's cheap, just nice and worth with the price.. Enjoy!

Still acceptable; next time I will still book it when I plan to visit Sibu again
