We stayed for 2 nights . Sibiu is very nice and we wanted to stay in the center of the city . The room was very nice , clean and comfortable . They don’t have coffee makers in the room but at the breakfast we found a good coffee . El hotel tiene una piscina muy agradable , agua caliente , muy limpia , maravillosa , relajada , no está llena porque la visita debe ser anunciada .

El servicio de limpieza deja bastante que desear. De 5 días que me he hospedado, solo un día me han hecho la habitación. Por otra parte, reservamos dos twin rooms y como hubo un problema porque solo tenían constancia de una de las habitaciones, en vez de darme una habitación mejor, me dieron una habitación single, más pequeña y más barata. Lo reclame más de un día y me dijeron que me iban a dar un abono, el día del check out, un chico de pelo oscuro y flequillo me dijo que no era posible, que el pago estaba hecho por adelantado y que no era posible realizar ningún abono. A la hora del check in no me dieron opción a otra cosa, me dieron esa habitación y punto. El chico ha sido bastante mal educado y prepotente. Si puedo, no volveré a este hotel. Puesto que si hay un erro por parte del hotel, deberían de haberme dado una habitación mejor, y no lo que me dieron, y además sin compensación alguna. La habitación que me dieron tenía una ventana que no cerraba bien, la ducha tampoco se cerraba bien y se mojaba todo el baño... Bastante que desear... Le doy un dos y no un uno porque el desayuno me gustó, completo y se podría decir que lo mejor del hotel.

Tienes aparcamiento a 4 euros (20 leis) para los alojados en el hotel enfrente del hotel. El hotel está andando al lado, al lado de la zona de salir y casco histórico de Sibiu y sobre todo de la catedral ortodoxa q es preciosa y puedes visitar sin problema en la misa ( es muy curiosa) y no les importa q la veas y grabes, con respeto obviamente. El hotel práctico y limpio. Nos resultó muy cómodo.

Very weird experience. On one hand, the place looked new and modern. On the other hand, we had issues at check in so we got another set of rooms with same rate and somehow didn’t annulate the one over booking. But let’s say it was fixed. Bathroom was smelling bad and shower had issues. Bathroom needs clear renovation! Even worst, the lady at the reception came over me in the room and ran. I screamed because I was like *** and went on the hall because I assumed my door didn’t close if someone came in. And it was no room service. Someone yelled sorry from the hall and did not turn around. Even weirder, every day leaving with the car the receptionist was running after us to check out??? I mean, they have the visa if we were to leave. Just really off experience.

El hotel está situado en una ubicación ideal y a una distancia fácil de caminar del centro de la ciudad, que cuenta con una gran variedad de restaurantes y bares. La habitación estaba cómoda y bien equipada con cama cómoda, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, TV, etc. Los puntos negativos fueron el WiFi que era terrible y constantemente cayendo. La caja que tenía instrucciones contradictorias etiquetadas en el exterior y en una hoja de papel en el interior. Ni las instrucciones funcionaron. El mantenimiento de casas era raro porque parecen cambiar toallas pero eso es, no amarillas la cama ni rellenar las toallas. No me gustan las pequeñas botellas de gel de ducha y champú, no muy limpias desde el punto de vista medioambiental y sólo una dolor para usar.

In fact, I had a reservation, but I refused to stay at the hotel due to the conditions and the rudeness of the staff (who were probably following the owner's instructions). The German-named hotel, a rip-off, was pretty much like the one I got with Johannis. You check in, go to your room, and find that it's very hot. You fiddle with the high-tech AC control system on a tablet embedded in the wall, only to discover that it's already set to the minimum temperature with the ventilation at maximum, yet it still displays 27 degrees in the room. You take off your shoes and sit by the ventilation grille, noticing a slight breeze (and I'm not exaggerating, just a slight breeze) that probably aims for 25-26 degrees. I've spent several years cumulatively in hotels, so I know their tricks. I open TripAdvisor and search for reviews, and of course, all the ones from the summer period complain about the lack of AC. I go down to the reception and ask the lady there if they have any rooms where the AC works and if they won't shuffle me from room to room as they did with other tourists who had written about this ”strategy,” probably devised by the rude owner. The lady assures me that she will solve my problem: two more rooms and luggage tours through the hotel, only to find out that it was exactly as I suspected: no room could provide a decent temperature. The lowest was 26 degrees with the AC running at maximum for 5 hours (in a colleague's room who had arrived earlier). I don't understand two things: How does a place like this get a 4-star rating? Probably the same way gas stations between buildings do. What kind of owner is so rude and stingy that they won't solve the problem and won't instruct their staff to try to fool the customer by shuffling them from room to room, even though they have reviews from 2022 pointing out the issue? PS: I mustn't forget two more aspects: brown wooden doors in a design with white and gray in the rooms; it's as if a blind person thought of the color combination. The parking lot might be enough for 10% of the rooms, and the reception lady encourages you to park at the nearby Mega Image supermarket where the parking spaces are marked as for the store's customers. When you ask if that's not a problem, you're told to put your car in a less noticeable spot in the back; otherwise, the store staff might notice and come to ”complain” about it. This is Romanian tourism (even with a German name) in the ”land of well-done things.”

La habitación es especialmente limpia y grande. La cocina tiene café Liton gratis. Este precio es un hotel de calidad que puede vivir, puede decirse que vale la pena. También puede ver la montaña de nieve en la playa.
