Casi todo está súper bien...las camas de Sta muy duras ..está limpio y muy ables el personal

We checked in around 4p & noticed the room was cold so we cranked the heat up. We returned around 10:00 after visiting family and the room was freezing cold and the heater was on 80 but blowing cold air. We asked to be moved & was but the fire alarm cover was off in the new room & there was no battery. We was told because it kept beeping they took the battery out.

Easy parking for vehicles pulling trailers. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. The room and halls were clean. Breakfast was awesome,one of the best. There are a lot of choices for restaurants in the area. Would stay here again.

I loved the hotel. There was an area to buy snacks, a Resturant and a bar. The lady bar tender was wonderful and made me feel right at home. I will be back for sure

The property was very noisy, kids screaming consistently, people banging their luggage in the hallway, screaming adults. I checked out a day early due to not being able to sleep. I was met with the staff arguing with me on checking out. I wanted to be checked out at 11:15 which was the time I was leaving and not at 3am. The staff was just rude. Would not recommend as a place you want to stay for business trip or getting away from your home as rest time.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, location for us didn't matter so much since we were just passing through, but the place is nice, and I would stay again next time I pass through.

No one was ever at the desk. There were cockroaches in the shower, the room we were moved to did not have a functioning lock.
