No hay muchas tiendas en el centro comercial, el consumo británico no es alto en el país y hay un poquito de Colombia en el norte. Se siente alto consumo. Hay muy pocas otras tiendas. Hay una cafetería costa en el centro comercial. Puedes comprar un empleado de sándwiches para que te ayude a calentar. El enorme sándwich está delicioso. Hay una tienda especializada en el chocolate Swiss Lotus, y es más rentable vender chocolate. Finalmente, el check-out de este hotel no es para revisar la habitación, la tarjeta de la habitación puede ir directamente a la recepción.

Every member of the Hilton Team we met during our stay were fabulous- receptionist, bar staff, executive lounge team, Brightsmith Restaurant, house keeping, breakfast, concierge - all keen to help, have a pleasant chat and a laugh- yet continue to work and remain professional - very tuned in to guests and the guest experience. A credit to themselves and the hotel. Our room was exceptionally clean and I have to say the bed and pillows were the best I have ever slept in, amazing. The hotel was busy which added to the atmosphere and buzz. Yet the bedrooms were really quiet. In my opinion The Metropole has the edge over other hotels. We stayed here a few years ago and it still has that 'plush' appeal, it is a treat to stay here - it was like coming home and we intend not leave it so long before we return again. Thank you all.

The Abbey is a very lovely hotel, set in beautiful surroundings. It’s clean and inviting. The bedrooms are spacious and I have to say the bed is the most comfortable that I’ve slept in at a hotel and believe me I’ve stayed at numerous hotels across the world. The staff are welcoming, polite and professional. They’re very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Buena opción si quieres estar en el centro de Birmingham y/o necesitas viajar en tren, pues está justo al lado de la estación de New Street. Habitaciones pequeñas pero limpias. Mención especial para Snehal y sus compañeras en la recepción, que nos dieron un trato estupendo.

They went above and beyond to ensure our day was special. The venue is so intimate and unique, located in beautiful surroundings, that our wedding day was made unforgettable, and we will cherish it forever. The option to hire rooms is so convenient, and the standards of the rooms are very high. The chef and his team were amazing and all of our guests were bowled over by the food. The evening buffet in itself was an absolute feast and the wedding breakfast cooked to perfection. If you are looking for a venue that will deliver real value for your money and give you a wedding day you will look back on with happy memories, look no further than the Old Rose and Crown.

I genuinely can’t get my head around the dreadful reviews about this place. I booked it through ***********, because it looked pleasant enough, and got it at a fantastic price of just £35 for one of the small pods. The night before I arrived, I discovered the terrible reviews and panicked. I called the venue on the day, expressed my nervousness and pleaded that they double check everything was okay. Whether they did that and that is why I had a good day, I don’t know, but I can hardly fault it. The pod itself was very small, but the bed was perfectly adequate for two people, although I was on my own, with a decent television with excellent reception and superb fast Wi-Fi. The pod was clean and tidy, as was the washroom in the adjacent pod. This is allegedly a shared facility, although I didn’t encounter anybody else during my stay. There was a very busy activity happening over at the conference centre, and I’d be lying. If I said I couldn’t hear some of the music and shouting. But it’s a conference centre. What do people expect? And it wasn’t exactly ruining my evening, I came to spend the night in a Pod outdoors, not a lodge in the middle of the Lake District. The lady on reception, who I spoke to when I rang earlier today, and who also met me when I arrived, was absolutely delightful, confirming she had only recently joined the company, but was clearly dedicated and very professional. I will definitely stay again
