Nos alojamos en alojamiento para 4 personas estilo japonés con vista al mar. La habitación es demasiado vieja y pequeña, tiene manchas en la pared y en la puerta del armario. La cama es más delgada de lo esperado. El desayuno buffet no tiene muchas opciones, las piscinas y muchas otras cosas tienen que pagar extra. Todo el personal es agradable, excepto un chico en el área de la sala de juegos que es muy grosero. Las aguas termales al aire libre tienen muchos insectos y hay que subir escaleras. En general la estancia es desagradable.

It’s big and well managed. Staff quite friendly, room has nice sea view. Dinner and breakfast buffet are of good quality. Room facilities are a bit old.

I had a wonderful stay at Shirahama Terrace Hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the onsen facilities; they were relaxing and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of Japanese and Western options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirahama.

The highlight of this hotel will be the seaview onsen. It’s huge with 3 floors. Service is very welcoming. The lobby, lounge area and restaurant are all very bright, modern and stylish. The rooms are however like entering a different world from 30 years ago, which definitely needs a major lift. The stains on the brown colored carpet are very eye catching. The beds are comfortable. We tried both the breakfast and dinner buffet, I suggest you may try to eat outside unless you really want to stay in the hotel for the rest of the day.

Booked a standard twin room and had a partial sea view. The room smells a little musty, perhaps due to the carpets? Overall the room was clean. Hotel has plenty of attentive staff and pop up stores selling clothes, earrings and fruits are set up at the hotel lobby.

Not a very satisfied experience in the hotel. When we do check in, the reception looks not happy to serve especially we just left one very good hotel in Wakayama city. Also when we called hotel room service asking something. The serve cut off our phone due we can’t speak Japanese and he can’t speak or understand English. So surprised we had this kind experience in one five star hotel. Will not recommend to others. Quite disappointed about the service provided by the hotel staffs

Everything is great especially hot spring & swimming pool, and also the cigar bar . Rooms are clean & spacious and of course, staffs there are super helpful & friendly ! Besides, only about 20 mins walking distance to the beach. Good location.

Room a little bit old, facilities seems just renovated which really nice, i enjoyed stayed at the hotel very much.

Very nice hotel with fantastic view as I booked ocean view . Breakfast has wide range of choice n even I take for 2 days will still able to enjoy . The inside room internet was weak though the lounge area was stronger .

Very dusty in the room, the tea pot , table, a thin layer of dust can easily be seen. I was assigned to a room with connecting door. And the conversation in next room can hear by me. And that room has a kid, always yelling, I was very disturbed.

Better than traditonal Japanese hotel. Clean and convenient. There are not much choices for breakfast, others fine.

Good hotel,Staff are kinds. Hotel food is good .Comfortable envitonment and good hot springs.
