Great hotel ! Smooth check in and check and as well as really helpful staff !

Location perfect walking 7m to shingu Station. Next is a mall, conveniently locked carryon after check out hotel while visited Hayatama Taisha can walk abt 20m or take bus abt 5m. For the price and its a 4stars(?) Hotel I was disappointed no coffee or tea or mineral water were provided, you hv to buy coupon to hv coffee, that's odd. BUT thumbs up to the front desk staff they were very helpful and courteous. They hv free bath though which is commendable but too tired to try wished I did. Good stay, clean, quiet, safe

The hotel is all good, with location nearby the station and a supermarket is just next to the hotel

Location not bad , receptionist wasn’t that polite to my friend

Water pressure was too low. No water out/very little when shower

Just a short 5min walk from the station… a nice supermarket just behind the hotel …

Room was big and we had a table and chairs to sit around to have snacks

Noddle at night plus ice bar are very nice

酒店很不錯，酒店對面有一家評分超級好的烤肉店，強推，早餐我們是另外花錢買的，但我覺得朋友們入住可以直接買含餐的套餐，早餐特別豐盛，工作人員很熱情，強推，我們是熊野古道全踏破第四天和第五天都入住了該酒店，連續住兩晚可以泡温泉，和歌山的温泉酒店太香了

新宮酒店位置特好，離新宮站步行大概6-8分鐘的距離，酒店房間大小在這個價格裏屬於非常好了。最值得一提的是酒店早餐，純日式的，非常好！酒店出門附近有個不錯的超市Okuwa,有個燒鳥店，叫鳥好，也很好！新宮速玉大社步行10分鐘左右吧，非常值得參觀！

設施較舊的一間酒店 但算是新宮最豪華的酒店了吧 該有的都有 房間很大 平開兩個大行李箱都行 燈光較暗 其他都很好 一開始我沒留意訂了吸煙房 和前台職員說想換禁煙房間 他人很好 立馬就給我換了 不然我吸著煙味還真頭暈想吐

位置很好，鄰近JR站及大型超市，算是這裡較好的酒店了，有大浴場，酒店早餐不錯，而且推薦對面的居酒屋。

八木から新宮の日本一長い路線バスに乗ってみたくて、新宮に行きました！お盆過ぎてたので、お部屋お任せにしたら、とても広いお部屋でエレベーターに近くて、山が見えるロケーションにしていただきました！オークワが近くて、和歌山の美味しい梅酒にも出会えて、お風呂も広くて、好みのぬるめで、朝食もたくさんいただきました！お部屋の電気が家みたいなので、よかったです。ホテルは暗めのところが多いので！また新宮に行くことがあればここにします。
