Valoraciones de Shimabara Station Hotel

The hotel's location is not bad since it's only a 7 min walk from the train station. The room has all the basic items but it's kind of small for opening my suitcase on the floor. The one thing that really bothered me was the smell of mold in the room. I tried adjusting the temperature of the AC but that didn't help. I turned on what I believed to be an air purifier whenever I was in the room but that didn't help either. On the last night I switched the AC mode to Dry and it helped with the moldy smell, but since it got too cold, I had to change it back to normal AC mode. I didn't tell the staff since it was most likely due to the age of the hotel and probably nothing much could have been done.

Location was great, clean rooms and great staff service.

Staff is very nice eventhough his English is not so good. However, we could communicate each other without the translator.

Was happy that hotel location has a good view of the Shimabara Castle. The room is quite big but it is run down with cracks on the vanity sink and toilet conditions need to be upgraded. The WC keeps flushing water continuously after use. In general the whole room needs to be upgrade. The one good thing about the room is the cleanliness. Parking is free but it's about 25 metres away and crossing traffic lights.

部屋から島原城が望める良い立地。自転車の無料貸出など、サービスも良かった。

風呂が狭すぎてバケツに入っている感じ、 部屋も荷物置く場所もない、最悪

飯店離島原城、四名莊等景點不遠，可以步行到達，也可以在大堂租單車騎過去，附近還有一處24小時免費足湯。樓層裡有微波爐，房間裡設備齊全，還有食品保鮮膜。市景房可以看到島原城。

房間面積在日本都算很小很小了，洗手間彷彿在飛機上。隔音不行，能聽到其他房間的鼾聲。房間設施過於陳舊，空調並沒有使用，卻時不時發出機械噪音，想斷電卻根本斷不了，拔房卡沒用，也沒有找到電源線，折騰了一整夜，簡直抓狂！！

房間很好，位置也好，就在商店街附近，可以看到島原城，風景獨特，雖然不大，但設施齊全，啥都有，也有迎賓飲料。唯一問題就是進門有點味。

写真に騙された感じです。コンセント剥き出し、備品も劣化しているものがあり、悲しい気持ちになる部屋でした。 清掃レベルも残念でした。
