Shimen inn (shijiazhuang new railway station store)

I had difficulty finding the accommodation initially as the photos from the outside are different after a renovation. I got checked in and got a free upgrade to a room with a bathroom which was nice. I could store my bags there after checking out in the morning which made my day easier.

Services are relatively good but amenities are very old, underground room no ventilation

Best hotel.love stay here and staff very okay and can repeat again

I could not refund my money after change of plans

TERRIBLE,DISGUSTING, AWFUL🤢 First of all the rooms are located like in -3 floor under ground, no window, no oxygen, the air circulation is very bad, the rooms smell like smoke, the bedsheets are smelly and dirty. Most couples rent the room for 2-3 hours to do their things and go. I don’t think they even change the bedsheets after it. After some negotiations with the manager she helped us to change to the first floor but that was still the same, very messy, the cleaning stuffs were all over the corridor and she charged us extra 20 for that. After entering the room we were still very disappointed and decided to change the hotel. The lady told me to cancel the booking from the app and I’ll get my refund, but she canceled the request twice and didn’t give me any refund. I never wish anyone anything bad but I truly wish they get some inspections and close the place down.

這裏的設施很棒，衞生和環境都不錯，服務也讓人滿意，整體體驗很舒適。

石家荘駅から近い、近くに大きい公園、多数のスーパーと飲食店があり近くは便利だが 部屋が地下になっており空気が悪い！トイレが酷く臭かった。まだ、ベットと枕のカバーにも汚れ、穴もあり清潔感が足りない酒店(ホテル)だと思う。
