The location and condition of the property is well below average and it is currently under construction and looks to be for quite some time. Maybe forever. If you are a single guy with very good common and street sense then your stay will be OK, but for any other dynamic, a hard no. Consider other options."

"We were traveling from NE OK to Throckmorton, Texas. We stopped that night in Sherman, Texas at the Motel 6. The room was filthy. Dried toothpaste in bathroom sink, hair all over the sink, toilet, & shower stall. It was so disgusting, I refused to shower the following morning. The floors had debris everywhere & there was trash & I'm not sure what else under the beds. The curtains wouldn't close all the way, the door wouldn't latch unless locked & you could still see light coming in all around the door frame after locked. We only needed the room for a few hours to sleep so we didn't ask to change rooms. Also, I'm not confident the other rooms were any better."
