Al ver las fotos de las habitaciones del hotel en la página web, se ven muy amplias y bonitas. El baño también cuenta con separación entre agua y secreciones. De repente, llegó el día y solo quedaba la habitación más pequeña. Casi nadie podía salir de la maleta. Lo peor es que el baño no tiene separación entre agua y secreciones. Salvo para bañarse, cepillarse los dientes en el lavabo y lavarse la cara, el agua se derrama directamente por todo el suelo, que se vuelve resbaladizo durante mucho tiempo. Además, el enchufe del secador de pelo está ubicado extremadamente cerca de la ducha, incluso justo debajo de la ducha de al lado, a solo 30-40 cm del cabezal. El baño ya no tiene separación entre agua y secreciones, las salpicaduras son inevitables y la ubicación del enchufe no cumple con las normas básicas de seguridad eléctrica. ¡Encontrar este hotel para mi viaje de negocios fue un hallazgo increíble! Después de reservar, el conserje me añadió proactivamente en WeChat y respondía al instante a cualquier solicitud. Necesitaba papel para imprimir y un cargador a última hora y me los trajeron a la habitación en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. La limpieza de la habitación es excelente, la ropa de cama estaba impecable y sin olores, y los azulejos del baño brillaban tanto que reflejaban. Todos los rincones estaban perfectamente limpios. El balcón enorme fue una sorpresa agradable, con una luz fantástica; me sentaba allí por las mañanas a trabajar en mis correos con el sol, y me sentía totalmente revitalizado. La lavadora es una bendición para quienes viajamos por trabajo; podía lavar la ropa sucia al momento y no tener que acumularla para llevarla a casa. UUsuario invitado¡De verdad que este hotel que elegí a ciegas en Trip.com durante mi paso por Shenzhen fue una excelente elección! Primero, la ubicación es un plus enorme. LLondiDisfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el personal fue muy atento. Recomiendo muchísimo su cena; el precio era muy razonable para lo que se servía y la comida estaba deliciosa. El fotógrafo también fue muy paciente con nosotros y nos tomó fotos impresionantes. La zona de la piscina y el bar tienen capacidad tanto para adultos como para niños, ¡un acierto! Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Gracias al personal que nos atendió con rapidez; muy amable.

TTiEl personal fue increíble y muy paciente. ¡Nuestra villa estaba limpia y espaciosa! ¡La recepción fue muy atenta! El desayuno estuvo genial, con varias opciones, e incluso ampliaron el horario. El paquete incluía fotos, té de la tarde y un tour. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo! ¡Está justo en la playa! ¡Y las vistas eran increíbles, incluso en un día nublado! ¡El fotógrafo fue increíble! Nuestro tour fue muy divertido, aunque fue solo dentro del hotel. En general, nos encantó la experiencia y la estancia. El único problema fue que no podíamos ducharnos a la vez o se cortaba el agua. El personal dijo que lo solucionarían. Sin duda celebraré mi cumpleaños aquí en mayo.

YYangguangxilepinganLa habitación es grande, está recién decorada y el diseño es novedoso, sencillo y práctico. Higiénico, limpio y confortable. Actualización gratuita a una habitación de lujo, complementada por un joven gerente en la recepción El avión voló sobre el techo y el rugido era más fuerte afuera, pero dentro era mucho mejor, era tolerable y dormí bien por la noche. Personalmente, creo que este tipo de sonido es mucho mejor que la ruidosa voz humana. En definitiva, personalmente creo que la relación precio/rendimiento es muy buena. El transporte es muy conveniente, muy cerca de la estación de metro, y es aún más conveniente llegar al aeropuerto en unos minutos. También hay lavandería de autoservicio, que merece la pena recomendar. Aparcamiento cómodo y gratuito.

UUsuario invitadoThe location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

JJOYzK.Esta vez, dos adultos y dos niños nos alojamos una noche. La ubicación está cerca de Dongmen, es fácil de encontrar, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cerca, lo cual es genial. Sin embargo, hay que subir al piso 28 y luego tomar el ascensor al 30 para registrarse, lo cual es un poco tortuoso. El servicio de recepción fue excelente. El personal iba uniformado, muy formal y servicial, lo cual se agradeció. También nos permitieron salir tarde, hasta las 14:00, lo cual también fue genial. El acceso a la habitación fue sencillo y la vista coincidía con la que se veía en la página web. La habitación era espaciosa, con un peluche de Dior para que los niños jugaran. Los grandes ventanales que iban del suelo al techo también fueron una grata sorpresa. El piso alto ofrecía unas vistas estupendas, lo cual me encantó. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba muy húmeda al llegar y las sábanas estaban mojadas. Tuve que encender el aire acondicionado, pero se aclaró después de una hora aproximadamente. Además, eliminamos cinco bichitos pequeños durante nuestra estancia (en la cama, en la pared y en el baño), lo que arruinó la experiencia en general. Además, entre las 3 y las 4 de la madrugada, el aire acondicionado, que estaba a 19 grados Celsius, de repente no enfrió lo suficiente, lo que hizo que la habitación fuera increíblemente calurosa y húmeda. Todos sudábamos profusamente y la habitación no volvió a la normalidad hasta alrededor de las 5 de la madrugada, lo que nos hizo dormir mal. No tomé una foto del baño, pero estaba bien. Aunque es de tipo con depósito, la presión del agua era fuerte y constante, lo que permitió una ducha rápida y cómoda. A mi hija le regalaron dos muñecas al salir, lo cual fue un buen detalle. En general, la estancia fue excelente, mucho mejor que en apartamentos anteriores. Creo que me alojaría aquí de nuevo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Espero que la próxima vez no haya humedad ni bichos. ¡Gracias!
