Es mi segunda estancia, lo que indica lo satisfecho que estoy. Está vez pagamos un poco más por habitación con Ventana... vale la.pena. El buffet es decente, permite satisfacer y más. Son serviciales a pesar de no.saber inglés.

講真的 住了N次還想住的酒店 簡直不要太好了 給滿分都不會過分的
先説這個設計
第一 ：第一印象就是很多木質裝飾 感覺有種呼籲大家環保意識的氛圍 設計時尚 告別傳統商務風格設計
第二：很多酒店的走廊因為是室內沒有通風功能 很悶臭 它家的走廊有一個茶葉香氣 香味濃郁 感覺像是走進大自然一樣 身心放鬆的狀態
第三：房間設計很寬敞舒服 燈光設計很温馨 很多智能控制設計 房間窗簾是智能控制設計的 這個價位的在深圳住不到性價比這麼高的 廁所馬桶也是智能的 超愛馬桶座墊制熱功能 花灑開關告別了扭轉式的 因為每當手有泡沫的時候 太滑基本扭不動 按壓式開關設計太貼心了超方便 蠶絲被超輕盈 床墊也巨無敵舒服 分分鐘想要原地擁有一套的慾望
第四：酒店工作人員很熱情貼心 服務態度一級棒 第一次入住的時候因為樓下有裝修吵了一點 還免費幫我們續鍾 送小果盤 這種服務讓我們感覺到有被尊重到跟重視到 太愛了
第五：因為疫情很多酒店都不給外賣員送上樓 它們配備有智能機器人可以送到房間門口 再也不用擔心沒有送上門得自己去取那麼麻煩了 太方便我們這些懶動人羣了

房間有智能電子馬桶，有小度管家，對於我懶人一個人，喊一喊小度還是很方便的，有大投屏，看電影很流暢，叫的外賣是機器人送的，餐廳環境挺乾淨雅緻的，晚上我在餐廳辦公，餓了可以吃酒店提供的免費宵夜，吃完回去洗澡後再用酒店的洗衣機洗烘，（酒店提供消毒液，給贊！）日常生活需求酒店基本具備，壓根不用出去外面，十分方便！

酒店乾淨整潔，比想象中的好一些。就是房間太小了，不能衹看網上圖片。另外早餐和晚餐，實在是很一般。

The hotel location is strategic near both Gangxia north and Gangxia subway stations. Around few minutes walk. There are eateries nearby and 卓悦shopping mall just opposite the street. Hotel room is cosy with advanced voice control system. The front desk staff is helpful and polite. They even helped to book cab via their own personal apps which we transferred back money to them. Improvement on the street noise cos it’s near the main road and low floor.
Overall is value for money with comfort and clean stays.

Without map guidance, it was tricky to find after getting out of the metro. But as soon as you find the hotel and locate where you are from both metro lines, it was super easy, covinient and very prime central location. I totally recommend. Check in was easy, staff were efficient and quick. Was given room 8537 as requested to be placed in a quiet area and they accepted my request. Thought my room was in level 8 but it was in fact in level 5 floor and that's as high you are going to be. I really liked my room with the bathtub and it was spacious. Requested daily house keeping. The lounge was beautifully designed, great for taking pictures and the restaurant was really good too. Nice choices of breakfast, snack during the afternoon and evening snacks also very good at the start of the hours, if you go after 8/9pm there is not much left and they don't top it up. Overall, will stay in this very convenient hotel.
