The description of room was misleading - it stated landmark views with a balcony. It made it misunderstood that the inn is right next to the Windows of the World and I could enjoy a view of the beautiful entrance of the attraction. In fact, it's not! It's only facing a car park or a shopping mall at a distance. Can't say it's a view not to mention "landmark"! The room I was given in the first place had no balcony at all, I changed to another one later. The door of the room was uneasy to open, I tried at least 3-4 times each time when leaving my room. Very limited seats in breakfast room. Limited food in variety and even quantity. Location is good, the Windows of the World is 2 mins away on foot and a metro station (exit I) is just a footstep away.

The hotel is currently under renovation. So sometimes as early as 6am the workiers started working at times they end at 12 midnight. Very hard to get a good night sleep. Breakfast is poor and has less to choose from. But staff are helpful and location is great, near to Windows of the world. There is a shopping mall and metro station near the hotel.

The room was near the construction site. It would be quite noise during their working hours.

The hotel location is very good and convenient near to window of the world subway station location Exit C. The environment is just so so and the services too.

This is the disgusting hotel I stayed in Shenzhen 🤮 first of all very old types hotel and smelly..Its looks beautiful from outside but opposite inside...and bathroom basin is leaking water and it's direction where you stand.so Everytime you use basin your shirt or pant become wet.. everyone telling location is good but I didn't find a small shop to buy a bread after walking 1 miles around... there is no breakfast in hotel that's why I wanted to buy bread.. I requested for late check out , they directly showed me WeChat payment...to pay more 88 RMB... 🤪 thre is a lady in reception..she don't know how to behave and talk with their customer... if you want to see window of the world you can choose any hotel near any subway station . don't need to stay this hotel ( city inn..). for window of the world purpose because subway line is very spreading and fast in Shenzhen

The hotel has an amazing location, it's very near the Window of the World and the subway station and many restaurants and there's a mall too. The room was quite small but looked clean. They don't have an elevator at the hotel or have but it's not working. Also, rooms don't have a fridge. Anyway, it's good just for sleeping in and visiting the Window of the world. Not all receptionists speak English.

Excellent service, perfect location for WOW. Downside, rooms are cold even with air conditioning.

房間有點陳舊但是很乾凈，床上用品也很乾凈，地鐵I口上來就是，2分鐘走到世界之窗園區，早餐簡單營養。 空調出風口正對床頭，晚上風吹的臉幹喉嚨痛，牀板硬，尤其那個大氣包枕頭真的很不舒服，脖子也落枕了，半夜起來擋住出風口，用衣服作枕頭，一晚上沒睡好。可能200多也不能要求太高。

長者帶着小孩到深圳世界之窗玩，酒店就在世界之窗的門口，地鐵I出口出來就是，12點多就給房間啦，很感謝，對面的益田假日廣場很多吃的，非常便利

這家酒店裝修很公主範，像被裹在城堡的感覺，出門就是世界之窗。晚上的房間裏陽台還可以看埃菲爾鐵塔的燈光秀，簡直太贊啦～

位置特別好，世界之窗旁邊，左邊走進去就是冰雪世界。有好幾幢樓，2和6要走過去。早飯真心不咋滴，喝的衹有牛奶豆漿，饅頭油條炒粉粥白煮蛋。吃早飯記得兩張房卡都要刷。但玩好出來非常方便。

房間很舊，地上的地毯都是黑黑的，陳舊的櫃子都掉漆了，洗手間很窄很窄，蹲在馬桶上，頭就能碰到洗手盤。 服務方面，衹給2瓶水，加一瓶都不行，這樣的服務真的不行！早餐衹到9:30就停了，而且肉包是變味的，吃了想吐。 還有，酒店竟然不包停車，我晚上11點停車進去，早上11點走，收費58元！！！坑爹！！！ 最可怕的是，無電梯！！要我們拖着重重的行李箱上2樓！
