We got a room on the 2nd floor, with the window directly facing the train tracks. Got woken up by a train at 6am, twice. Couldn’t bear it anymore and got up and checked myself out in 5 minutes. Nice location near the border checkpoint tho.

Two best things are this hotel: right next to the Shenzhen train station and very economical. The lift, corridor and facilities are all old and rusty, even with dust and dirt, but I have to say the bedsheets and pillow case are clean. It still has bottled water, comb and dental kit, so not bad already.

1、被子和床單上都有不明漬跡； 2、廁所正常使用堵了； 3、訂的雙人房，前台咬死一共衹給一張房卡，寧可我和朋友都出門的時候每次都麻煩自己開門也死活咬死不能再給一張卡； 4、wifi名有5G的無法連上，衹能連標了“2G”的； 5、這個價位，廁所居然沒有香皂或洗手液，問了前台直接不給； 6、隔音很差，在火車站旁邊，晚上很吵； 7、17號8點到晚上6點直接停電，提前一天很晚才通知，貼的告示看到了就及時溝通退房也不給退，因為酒店方配電箱故障造成房間裏沒空調+9樓沒電梯結果要麼衹給優惠20塊錢要麼退房前的時間按鐘點房算，一點沒有為了自己的故障負責的態度
