Excelente!

This hotel is not bad. The rooms are actually good, for the most part. This hotel is weird. 1) Weird Location. For some reason this hotel is located right inside the Schenzhen Metro Depot, which means there're fences everywhere. To get to that hotel, a taxi has to actually go through the Metro Depot checkpoint with the guards. Which also means there's absolutely nothing around the hotel itself. No shops, restaurants or anything at all. The hotel sits between a totally undeveloped wooded mountain and that Schenzhen Metro Depot. 2) weird electronic system. My room card all of a sudden stopped working for the elevators for no apparent reason. Which meant I was unable to get to the 27th floor where I lived. I had to go to the front desk, where the staff gave me 2 new cards. The new cards worked for the elevator but wouldn't open my room door, so the next 5 minutes I spent in the presence of that hotel's engineer. 3) Half the room wall buttons don't work. The TV never worked throughout my 6 day stay despite the fact I complained about it every single day of my stay. 4) weird thing is happening with the floors at that building. The hotel guests residents are only Floor 21-27. Who or what lives on the rest of the floors is anybody's guess. Their stuff never bother explaining that to you. 5) no concierge desk as such. There's absolutely no one there to assist you with your luggage. 6) Their elevators are too slow for a 27 floor building. It takes them quite a while to reach Floor 27. In other words: never again.

Very clean hotel, big room with massage chair. Check in process quite slow. Others all good.

The location is very convenient. Close to Metro, foot court, working location.

Easy to go everywhere and nearby have a lot restaurants

I enjoyed the stay and loved the room. Great bed, and i have a sleep that i have longed for. The services are great. The staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, are very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Everything great

The hotel has everything you need. Light switches and switches in general are comfortably placed, the air condition is strong and there is even a dedicated HDMI-input next to the bed. The only gripe for foreigners: the receptionists to not speak any English. Be aware of this fact. The hotel is conveniently located in the Nanshan district close to a big mall and the office spaces of many companies, which you can all access by walking by foot. Highly recommended, especially for the value for money.

I like this hotel.

酒店的名字帶有“好眠”兩個字，配套了一些助眠設施和產品，如枕頭、按摩、泡腳、眼貼等，在酒店走廊上也有助眠小知識科普。但這些僅限於形式上的，並沒有真正起到助眠的幫助。首先，提供的按摩椅不是很舒服，泡腳桶要在衞生間裏使用，拿到房間使用不方便，直接影響使用的心情；其次，房間隔音效果不好，遮光效果也一般，光和噪音都會影響睡眠質量；關鍵是，枕頭非常不舒服，太軟了沒有支撐，提供的助眠枕頭大硬，沒有回彈性和舒適度可言，平躺的高度不夠，側躺的高度太高，根本無法適應，反而讓睡眠質量變差了 ，沒睡好🙁還有就是，在床上打開被子的時候還發現有頭髮絲，讓人很不舒服🙁。總體來説，“好眠”衹是一個噱頭，還沒有同檔位酒店睡得舒服，還不如不要給客人這種期待感😂

我在這家酒店的經歷簡直糟糕透頂。當我回到房間時，竟然發現了一衹老鼠！它已經咬破了我的背包，許多私人物品上也留下了被啃咬的痕跡。我從未遇到過這種事。我不得不在深夜11點倉促搬離，導致包括AirPods在內的一些私人物品遺落在了房間裏。酒店管理層不僅毫無作為，更糟糕的是，事後還編造謊言試圖掩蓋真相。我從未在任何酒店遇到過私人物品被老鼠啃咬的情況。我專程從紐約而來，這家酒店卻給我留下了關於中國的極差印象——這裏不僅體驗極差，工作人員也極不誠實。簡直令人不齒！ I had the most horrible experience at this hotel. Upon returning to my room there was a rat! It already ate through my backpack and there were traces of bites on many personal items. I never experienced anything like it. I had to move to out at 11 pm, some of my personal items, including airpods, - were left behind. Hotel management was very unhelpful, and even worse - made up stories later to cover up. I have never had a rat eat my personal belongings in a hotel. I came from New York and this hotel left a very bad image of China - most horrible experience and very dishonest people working there. Shameful!
