這個週末選擇了這家酒店非常滿意，特別是前台的葉愷伊態度非常友善，還免費給我們升值了商務房間，還有我們很多特殊的要求，也能夠完全滿足，有這樣的員工是老闆的福氣。全部同事也很好啊，衹是不能全部記錄。
酒店環境優美，衞生程度非常高，早餐也非常好吃，如果健身器材可以更新更好了，10分推薦大家入住 ☺️

酒店範圍很廣，停車場位充足，附近更有濕地公園，可讓住客散步/緩跑，確實好；然而，倘若晚上從酒店前往公園，須小心因途徑燈光不足而弄傷脚。
酒店餐飲及康樂設施是酒店最佳買点，尤其「自助晚餐」絕對物超所值。站在餐廳門口的服务员，殷勤有礼，服务窩心；店內經理及服务员們，招待亦非常貼心。
酒店房間的設備及設施亦很齊全，可惜燈光開關有少部份是按鍵失效；另外，空調系統更是最失敗的一項，首先空調須開動最冷兼需時間很長，空內才有涼快感覺。可是到睡眠時，將空調使用最細風速運行，風噪亦仍甚响，不易入睡的朋友要注意。

酒店新中式的設計大氣，大空間，作為會議中心配套的酒店建築，平山目前最好的酒店之一，小長假出遊，突然心血來潮選的，體驗感受確實不錯。
服務：由進店停車到前台各個服務都非常熱情友善，還贈送了，歡迎水果和零食，特別前台的：覃健和鄧雅琪，有問必答提醒停車付費登記的問題，還安排了高，樓層安靜的房間。
環境：房間的衞生很乾凈整潔，床鋪非常舒適，軟硬剛好支撐棒，房間還帶着陽台可以泡茶看景色特別愜意。

前台兩位小姐姐阿瑾和阿倩，笑容甜美服務貼心。給我們免費升級了商務房，退房時數據線忘拿，還幫我們送過來，非常感謝她們。

説了有寶寶酒店提前備好了嬰兒床，酒店位置離濕地公園很近，帶寶寶玩兒很舒適。服務人員思婷看到有車很主動的幫忙錄了車牌，細心幫助寶寶辦理入住。很愉快的入住體驗。
