Great hotel! The front desk Bonny staff was very helpful. Our room got upgraded and it was big, clean and stylish. It took 10 minutes walk to train station. There are local restaurants along the pathway.

Really great experience and 5 star service!!staff are polite and willing to help!! I enjoy my trip here and have a great rest here!!will definitely visit again! Special thanks to Mariia🫶🏻🫶🏻

The room is very nice and warm. I like the bathing part. The front desk service from Maria K. And Barry Bao are very friendly and kind. We will travel and have a visit next time. This hotel is the best choice and I like it very much.

What an amazing hotel. The food is wonderful their menu caters to foreigners too. The amenities are really good there’s free gym, pool and steam room access. Commendations to the cleaning staff because the rooms are impeccable. Above all the service from the entire staff especially the valet and ladies at the front desk is efficient, they speak English and are extremely helpful. A special thank you to Maria and Michelle at the front desk.

Very disappointed that trip.com nor the hotel didn’t send any notification regarding their swimming pool will be under construction and unable to use. I visited with my friend’s family the first trip to SZ, it was very hot weather and all the kids were very excited to swim, but we found out that swimming pool is not available and they don’t have any alternative swimming pool in other place and no suggestions, no advice, no service. We visited the safari nearby instead but it was really hot weather and we came back hotel. Nothing to do around this hotel. Probably this hotel is a business hotel, not a kids family friendly hotel. It ruined our 1st and 2nd day of our SZ trip. If Trip.com mentioned about swimming pool or hotel send us any notifications I could cancel it and book another hotel.

Great value for money. We checked in during afternoon & check in process was speedy & friendly. Room was roomy & clean. Kids definitely enjoyed the swimming pool & we also enjoyed the Gym. Special thanks to Candy Zhao from front office for the cookies & very friendly hospitality. We will come back.

We stayed for the Shenzhen Wildlife Park. We were very pleased with their exceptional client-oriented service. Michelle at the front desk gave us great impression and then the staff at the executive lounge, including Coral,Nana, Lydia, Becky and Melody made us feel so welcomed and not to mention the wonder cakes , fresh fruit and calm environment that made our stay so memorable.

Wonderful hotel that is clean, modern and close to the Shenzhen Zoo. Has a swimming pool and also, an attached ball pit play area for kids right beside the lobby lounge where breakfast is served! Would highly recommend this hotel.

We travelled with families and children to come for the safari zoo visit. The hotel is close to the zoo but far from the malls. Good thing is this hotel is NEW and offer EXCELLENT buffet breakfast!! Hotel staffs Joe and Michelle Ling are so helpful to assist our check-in service and Joe waived my children’s breakfast fee ! The twin bed room is big and can accommodate two adults and two children. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers as it mains international standard of 5-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟！
