Excellent location in the heart of Ancient Town. All the Hanfu dress wannabes take their photos in front of the hotel.
You can get to the hotel via city bus or subway line 10. Exit station A or B and walk 15 minutes straight to Ancient Town.
It's that easy.

第一次到甘坑古鎮，到達時已晚上十時多，前台接待員有禮，完成手續後親自引領我們到房間。
房間空間感大，乾淨整潔亦衛生，家具亦配合到古鎮古式古香之特色。
設備方面，廁所、淋浴間、跟梳洗處都乾濕分隔的；且梳洗台還有兩個洗手盤，梳洗都不用爭，很好！
早餐方面，餐廳職員亦相當有禮，協助端上格，讚！
整體方面非常滿意，有機會必再光顧～

1. 跟據地圖找酒店是没有問題，但是轉來轉去都找不到大堂登記入住。最後要問餐廳職員才知道是在南香樓藝術酒店大堂辦登記手續。
2. 訂房間時以為是有大浴缸，點知訂了只有花灑房的房間，而且花灑水壓極弱，夏天還可將就，冬天的話真是會冷病的，建議酒店立即改善水壓問題。
3. 房間隔音尚好，不會聽到鄰房的電視聲或說話聲，但是房門在關門時聲音很大。若是鄰房的客人夜歸，會被吵醒。建議酒店調較一下門的油壓，關門時可減少噪音。

第2次來甘坑旅遊, 選擇了客家酒店,以符合主題地方。
入住地方在博物館旁邊一座極高的酒店, 風景極致。
房間大,乾濕分離浴室,有浴缸,房間沒有窗,只有玻璃牆
向外走廊,雖長期落簾以保私隱。晚上採用花灑沐浴後,有
水浸現象出現,當門打開後, 令整個浴室也水浸了。
通知酒店後,只派一位女士到場拍照, 女士說: 會通知維修部職員到來維修, 沒有說明時間。
我們要求酒店換房間,前台職員說可以,但需要客人親自到前台取鎖匙。
換到新房間時,房間有濃烈煙味, 在不同地方有小強屍體,清潔非常不到位,我們只在新房間洗澡後,便回到自己原先的房間。
總括來說:應是日久失修,清潔不到位,晚間前台人手不足所致。這樣的事件令旅客帶來不便, 由頭到尾,酒店對此事件沒有任何表示,連抱歉的說話也沒有一句。又華僑城管理的酒店我再也不會惠顧。

checkin後發現網站提供相片及名字資料不一樣！電視不能操作，房間晚上有怪聲不知是水喉或冷氣機發出打去前台問並不能回答及解決問題！五百多元一點也不值。本人選擇客韻房間，但房間樣子完全不同！服務馬虎！

和朋友去甘坑，不想太早趕回香港，所以就那在裡租了酒店，衛生環境令人失望，廁所有一道怪味，住在最底下一層，晚上偶然看見有老鼠經過。
但整體房間睡得舒服，早餐亦味道可以，總括以這個價錢來說，個人給予合格水平。

簡直是太驚喜了，甘坑客家小鎮上的酒店，看了圖片後，毫不猶豫的選擇了這家，果然很喜歡，房間大氣！喜慶！細節上有備泡澡用的袋子、艾草浴包，晨起站在走廊上，看着對面的綠水青山，聽着鳥語、真是舒服……不到400的房費啊，在深圳啊，感覺撿到寶了……看到網上有評論説有蟑螂，我特意找了一下，在馬桶旁邊發現死掉的小小一衹，説明有消殺，畢竟依山而建，享受大自然的時候，小蟲子也在所難免……前台有個姓尹的小姑娘，接待時是她，離店是也是她，温柔又敬業，得知我寶寶不小心掉到水池裡，她着急的幫我喊車、還問要不要拿毛巾……，好孩子，要加油哦！
