Valoraciones de Tata Apartment (Shenzhen Binhe Shidai)

Llovía el día de llegada. El apartamento no tenía recepción, pero el encargado bajó personalmente a acompañarnos. El lugar es espacioso, aunque sería mejor si viajan con niños, ya que las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento.

El hotel goza de una ubicación fantástica, justo encima de KK ONE. Es increíblemente práctico para quienes planean visitar el Bosque de Manglares y Happy Harbor, a tan solo una parada de metro. Hay numerosos restaurantes en la planta baja, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La entrada a la recepción se encuentra en la séptima planta (K) del Edificio C2, junto al Banco Agrícola de China. Si no ha estado antes, puede llamar a recepción; el personal le indicará cómo llegar y bajará al vestíbulo para recibirle. En resumen, una experiencia muy buena; altamente recomendable.

Una muy buena experiencia. Me gusta este apartamento. El transporte es muy conveniente. Hay comida y bebidas abajo. Simplemente dígale al conductor KKONE y él lo sabrá. La habitación estaba limpia y dormí bien sin ningún ruido. ¡Volveré la próxima vez!

Staff were friendly, helpful and nice. Real-name registration on the G/F of the building took a long time. The smell of smoking in the room was quite heavy that affected the quality of my sleeping to a certain extent. The room was spacious and washing machine was provided.

The place is nice and easy to communicate with them

Very convenient being on top of the shopping mall. The lady at the office let me choose between 2 apartments. We were able to choose the bigger place. Subway entrance is right outside the building. Couldn’t use the swimming pool since it’s closed for the season.

Overall a good experience. The receptionist became very frustrated by me not talking Chinese or knowing how to use Wechat the night I checked in, which is pretty strange in my opinion. Aside from that, no major complaints. I guess I could mention that balcony wasn't really a nice place to be, and that was slightly disappointing.

Location was perfect. You can acces to a shared swimming pool for a fee of 15-30 RMB (need a swmming cap) Rooms are ok, size is good but could be cleaner. In general that's ok if you don't plan to stay in the room all day or for a long stay. A lot of restaurants and shops outside, and metro station nearby so that's conveniant.

It’s a nice place with great locations around

公寓就在下沙地鐵站旁邊的濱河時代C2大門進去，非常好找！本來訂的單間，前台直接給我升級為一室一廳，住在21樓，視野不錯！房間佈局不錯，乾淨衞生，有廚房有洗衣機。去深圳灣公園坐地鐵就一個站，去海邊喂海鷗看日落實在太方便了！樓下也很多奶茶店餐廳等，吃喝玩樂衣食住行都挺方便的！

《地鐵站9號線下沙站B出口》一樓KKone商場，周邊美食：星巴克 費大廚 老北京餛飩 海底撈 等等 房間配有洗衣機 冰箱 獨立陽台 入住感很好，前台婷婷服務熱情，很值推薦[強][強][強]
