Right firstly right from the reception area we didn’t feel that the receptionist was very friendly because when we asked for a change of room since the windows lock were kind of broken in the first room the receptionist didn’t look at all to help us out. Secondly, I don’t know if you believe in the supernatural but I can tell you that it was pretty eerie at night, especially having a nightmare and hearing random sounds in the room throughout the night. I would not stay again, unfortunately

The service attitude of this hotel is quite good, and the nearby transportation is also very convenient. There are several subway stations within a 10 walk, making it easy to get around. There are also milk tea restaurants and other dining options nearby, making it convenient to eat. The overall environment of the is nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and fully equipped facilities. The mattress is also comfortable.

I really loved the hotel since it was only a few stations away from the Port and was right next to a Halal Restaurant and a Dominos Pizza which I have never tried before.

I stayed for 1 night as a solo trip to Shenzhen. The check in was really quick. The hotel is experienced with the check in process for foreigners so it was smooth. Room was large and comfortable. Slept very well. Will stay again next time 😊
