Estoy completamente satisfecho con todos los aspectos del apartamento, como el área, el servicio, el saneamiento, etc. El personal de recepción es amable y puede ayudar a los negocios, y puede resolver problemas como el uso del teléfono móvil.

Soy yo quien fue al Queen's Hotel en Shenzhen. Las habitaciones son grandes y cuadradas, y las instalaciones del apartotel son cómodas y completas. En el centro del centro geográfico, hay un gran parque frente al hotel.

El hotel es bonito, pero me decepcionó mucho el horario de trabajo de la piscina. De 7 a 12. Y luego a partir de las 5 de la tarde, así que básicamente no puedes disfrutar de la piscina.

Increíble. La piscina es genial. El bar es asombroso. La habitación es enorme y vale la pena el dinero. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

Breakfast and room were great. Kids playroom was a game changer. Disappointing that the pool was closed during our stay though

My favorite hotel in the world, and that's why I keep coming back to it again and again. It has the most beautiful rooftop pool. That's why I booked it for my birthday weekend with my girls - to enjoy the pool. However, this time the pool was under maintenance despite it being advertised as open the whole year round. And closed for a 2-month maintenance. You can imagine our disappointment and yes, we were quite upset because we came for the pool. The hotel did help us book another place with the pool, not to mention that it was not as nearly as beautiful as this one, and we lost a part of the pool time in the morning; we could check-in only at 11 am the next day. The hassle of changing the hotel... disappointed... The hotel should have mentioned in their booking details that the pool is closed from March to May. A big omission and on the birthday weekend.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past 6 months and quite like it up to my last stay. On my last stay, I was awakened by the noise upstairs past midnight and I contacted the front desk for help as the noise has been going on for like half an hour. 10 minutes after my complaint, the noise was still continuing so I called the front desk again and they said they sent someone to the room above me (which was occupied by a family) but nothing was done. I told the front desk to send someone to my room to listen to the noise and only after the staff heard the noise from my room, he then asked if I wanted him to notify the room above to stop the noise. Of course this is what I want or else I wouldnt have called the front desk in the first place. I was quite annoyed by the hotel's slow response. Next day when I checked out, nothing was mentioned about my complaint. I was quite disappointed as I thought I would have got an apology but the hotel treated as if nothing had happened. After this experience, I seriously questioned the service of the the hotel and I am not sure if I would come back again.

Very convenient and surprisingly quiet place while it is also close to multiple shopping centres. The rooftop swimming pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel as it is hard to find an outdoor swimming among most of the hotels in that area.

Great place, near huaqiangbei, swimming pool on top floor. There is a snooker table, massage chairs, kids playground on the 7th floor. There are many christmas trees, one at the lobby one at the 7th floor. Great atmosphere. Room comes with washing machine cum dryer. Room is very spacious. Great for value!

Excellent hotel at good price, good value for money at convenient location. Impressive rooftop pool with beautiful sunset and sunlounger to sit and enjoy the sunset, chill rooftop bar with light music…. Free billard room, golf simulator room, yoga room, OSIM massage seat, rooftop gym, and a lot of quiet indoor reading lounge….. Breakfast is great, didn’t expect the breakfast matches all big 5 star hotels, has chinese congee, noodles, egg cooking station, japanese miso soup, natto, chicken curry, western salad, fruit, yoghurt, veggi to make fresh juice and egg waffle machine to make waffle by yourself….. next to shopping malls with many good restaurants. The japanese cafe/bar at hotel lobby is great too! A very relaxed and enjoyable stay!

Very nice hotel! Most of the swimming pool so beautiful

1. Bathroom uses blinds. Gaps remain. Shower cubicle blinds is dirty at the bottom. 2. Breakfast cook today, being only one from around 915am till 10am couldn’t cope with food demand. Quite a few unhappy faces. Supervisor appeared to be irritated by some customer complaints. She did help to cook a bit. 3. Many food items were left cold, or due to poor demand, were not taken care of. Soy milk, tofu were diluted.
