來跟朋友一起預訂了這家公寓式酒店，公寓位置很好就在京基水貝時代廣場，房間設計簡約大氣，房間有單獨洗衣機很方便，一次性用品也很齊全，每天續住都有阿姨打掃房間。

臨時預訂的公寓，除了看中新盤相對乾淨衞生，房費才300+，價格便宜。
距離地鐵站才400m, 交通還方便。
樓下就是今年下半年才開新商場kktime，不愁吃喝，也可以外賣上樓。
自助辦理的入住很方便。分別獨立的客廳和大床房還帶陽台（有晾衣桿和洗衣機），廚房冰箱和衞浴，一應俱全。
整體性價比很好哦

來深圳出差，這次第一次住酒店公寓，房間很好，住的特別有回家的感覺，老闆人也好的，有問題向他諮詢都你一時間回覆的，以後來深圳還住這~

房間很好 很乾凈！所以又連住了！相對來講跟匯金是同一個樓，比之前住的匯金乾淨多了！屋內設施也很好！第二天打掃的也很及時！

唯一不足的就是地址不詳，大廈和樓層看不到任何公寓的名稱，問時代廣場的保安也不知道，最後唯有自己打電話，才找到了業主才成功入住。公寓里的環境乾淨整潔，家居設備齊全，整體還是不錯的。到隔壁的商場，樓下都挺方便。

性價比不錯的一家公寓。交通方便，離洪湖地鐵站很近，有地下免費停車場，周邊餐飲眾多，吃飯很方便。公寓應該建成時間不長，挺乾淨的，每天有專人打掃。配備了冰箱和洗衣機，在炎熱的深圳非常方便。毗鄰洪湖公園，散步或跑步都方便。

沒有試過沒有接待櫃檯的酒店公寓，很新鮮！
可惜公寓前一位吸煙，全個房間都是煙味！建議收拾房間的人員要報告退房後的房間整理問題。以防排錯房間影響下一個客人。最後直接分別吸煙及不吸煙房間。
