"This is my 7th time to the Royal and looking forward to returning in a few months. This is a old hotel that has character and a big staircase (so make sure you pack light). The rooms are large and spacious and each one is being done up a bit at a time. The staff are always very friendly and happy to accommodate any needs such as towels or an ironing board. It's central to Sheerness and you can walk everywhere. Room 9 is my favourite, however room 12 is nice as well as 11. Rooms 1 and 2 have been done up and are nice too. 👍 "

"Lovely landlord. Not sure about the staff, seemed more like a playground behind the bar, the beer however was disgusting! I think they need to clean the pipes it was fowl! Bottled beer is recommended, but other than that the owners nice and tidy in there not somewhere I’d go for my local very dark lights off no music on but would pop in now and again"
