Brilliant service from talented multi-lingual staff. Clean beach with all areas including pools and grounds well maintained. Food and drink more than plentiful.

This is the best resort I have ever stayed in. All the staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs. The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Most staff can speak English and the ones that can't still help regardless. There is a lot of food choice, not the same everyday. The quality of the food and the care they take in presenting shows how much effort has been put into making your experience the best possible. Stayed in a Superior Queen room with a garden view, the room was very spacious and very comfortable. The garden and all areas around the resort are beautifully maintained. Plenty of activites going on daily, there is something for everyone. Staff don't expect a tip but when given they accept humbily. You receive the same attention whether you tip or not. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for some winter sun and a place to relax and re-charge.

A fantastic hotel with superb staff and food. Nothing is any trouble. It's handy to have a pen & a photograph of your passports on your phone/tablet, the details are needed to complete the Egypt landing cards, these are usually handed out on the flight an hour or so before landing. No visa charge is payable unless your travelling out of Sharm or staying more than 15 days! USA dollars are best value for Visas because its £25, $25 or €25. We used Sharm Travel Club private transfers £20 return, they are even cheaper if booked via *********** The food is plentiful and of a variety that you won't struggle to find something you like, Salads, Veg food, and sound, burgers, meats, all served piping hot and cooked as you like by the many chefs. Bottled water is replenished daily in your room, along with quality tea bags and Nescafe coffee satchets. There is a kettle in the room and hairdryer affixed to the wall in the bathroom. There is a free lockable safe in your wardrobe. Along with a limited amount of hangers, I usually take 6 more hangers. USA $1 notes are best for tips as coins are accepted but are a pain for the staff to exchange. The room TV is good with a few English channels and the WiFi is good throughout. The main bar closes at midnight and the nightly entertainment finishes around 11pm so there is no problem with noise, the late pub bar down by the beach is open til around 1am and I think aloholic drinks are chargeable after midnight. Special thank you to Mr Ali the hotel manager & the immaculate Mr Yousef guest relations who are always about to help with anything. Mr Osama, Mr Sayed & Mr Sameh who run the bars and restaurants, they ensure your plates are full and your glass never empty. The local Stella draft beer is fine as are the local Gin and other spirits, nothing to stop you buying a bottle of your favourite tipple at duty free and have it on hand in your room if needed to add abit more flavour! Mr Ahmed runs the fabulous reception team and if you need anything from local knowledge or advice they can assist with taxis ect, thanks Mr Farouk. Lastly our room was kept tip top by Mr Mohammed, fun daily towel shapes and all amenities replenished without fuss and always a smile. Thank you everyone and see you all again soon. Stay safe.

Just back from a two week stay at Iberotel Palace. This is our fourth visit and definitely not our last. The hotel is located on a fantastic sandy beach and a hotel boat that take guests to the reef for snorkeling. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the hotel and the food is excellent. Since our last visit the beach bar and one of the a la carte restaurants have been modernised to an excellent standard. All staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly and go out of their way to give you a fantastic holiday experience. Location of hotel is old Sharm and you can walk in to old town to the shops and restaurants which are on your door step. For us this is the stand out hotel in Sharm and i have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the hotel and its amazing staff. Thank you once again to everyone at Iberotel Palace for an amazing two week stay and we look forward to returning in December/January. John and Kerry

We stayed for one week in April 2024 , nice hotel, everything you need for perfect holiday. Beach is clean, enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, definitely will come back to same hotel.

The hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in around the world The pool area was amazing we had a cabana near the pool edge every day. The waiter service around the pool was very good with cold bottles of water brought to us every morning. On one day I went for a walk around the bay on the beach, the beaches on each side of of ours were dirty, our beach was spotless and the staff looked after the beach as well as the people sunbathing. The food at the hotel was excellent with lots of different choices each day. The most important difference between this hotel and any other we have stayed at is that all the staff from the general manager to the people cleaning the bed room to the staff cleaning around the pool that all seamed happy in there work. If I could I would give the hotel A 10. Myself and my wife will be Back very soon.

It’s like returning home -the staff are so attentive and will do everything possible to make the holiday so enjoyable The rooms are large and airy the beach is accessible and the sea clear and warm

Hotel was excellent, service couldn't be faulted. Food very good, although one night only was a little disappointing with choice. Staff could not do enough, they were excellent. Room 4321 was really good and very clean overlooking garden with partial sea view. The Italian Toscana restaurant and Ali Baba restaurants were both superb (these can both be booked one time each week) and again service excellent. Two pools, the upper one better for swimming as deeper. Lower pool still good but more for walking in as more shallow. Beach very nice and 2 mins walk from hotel. Would recommend this hotel.
