Large Nice clean room . Breakfast was too much domestic .

I always come to this hotel with my family and alone, it is close to everything, safe, clean and very comfortable, the front desk are very helpful.

I booked the suite room. The room is nice but the walkway to the room felt stale and not cleaned well. In the room the floor felt like it was not cleaned properly when I checked in. Next day the cleaner did not change the mugs or even pick them up from the living room and put them back at the pantry. The worker also left a used towel they used to clean the basin next to the basin. Very poor level of cleaning. Even after i requested at the reception to tell the house keeping to clean the room well they didnt change the mugs throughout my stay. Had asked for a steam iron but they said its spoilt and they don't have one. I don't think I will stay here again.

Nice staff and clean hotel budget friendly overall nice hotel

The hotel has everything to offer it claims. The rooms have a decent size, are neat, clean, well furnished and have the requisite material. The gym I saw behind the front desk seemed to be quite small.

The hotel interior is very clean and new but location is not great. Rooms and linen is all very comfortable

Best hotel better than 7 star only at this place I experience the staff so humble and gave me coffee and told me anytime u can take coffee 24/7 as I was feeling cold - really hotel slipper and service very good

Perfect location

It is in city center . Room is clean and no have smell because there is no have carpet. For Business trip acceptable with price. Its good hotel

Could have been better

Overall a good experience . Price was very reasonable and the facilities were quite decent . Staff was polite and helpful .

The front desk staff are enthusiastic and helpful, and breakfast is also acceptable, but the decoration of the guest room is quite dilapidated.

Location is good as just about 100m from the bus stop and satisfactory services
