I recently spent a weekend at this property and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The location is perfect—close enough to the high-speed rail for quick and easy travel, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true getaway. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making dining out both convenient and enjoyable. The amenities provided made my stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic spot for a weekend retreat, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and refreshing escape!

This hotel is located near the sea, and it’s beautiful. The staff were very friendly, polite, and patient. They upgraded my room for free, and the check-in process was very quick. I really liked the outdoor pool! It’s so beautiful, you can swim while enjoying a view of the sea. During my stay, there weren’t many people at the hotel, which made it very comfortable. All the facilities are nice. The indoor pool is also good, and there’s even a dry steam room (sauna). The hotel’s grounds are huge, perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful views and trees. It’s also easy to access the sea directly from the hotel’s garden. Overall, the hotel is stunning. As for the room, it was very spacious and included all the necessary amenities (shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.). The bathroom was also large and comfortable. The hotel is not located in the city center, so it’s a good place to rest and relax. It provides everything you need for a peaceful stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Artel Xinghai Resort Shanwei Jintingwan! Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The food was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options that satisfied all our cravings. But the highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The sand is soft, fine, and impeccably clean – perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and enjoying the beautiful seascape. Overall, we highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway. The combination of great accommodations, delicious food, and stunning beach scenery makes it a perfect destination. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great service! Our room were upgraded to suite, room was very clean and tidy with full sea view! The king size bed and be d mattress was really comfortable. High recommended!

We liked the hotel. It is in front of the sea with beautiful beach. Breakfast is not bad, though the coffee machines need to be adjusted. There are a lot of small restaurants around the hotel with good sea food.

選擇週二淡季出遊，因為有空房，前台人美心善的小姐姐免費給升級了海景房，大大的驚喜。酒店就在海灘邊，停車也非常方便。第二天一早陽台看日出美呆了。床鋪被褥乾爽無異味，房間整體非常乾淨整潔明亮

住了兩天，原房續住的。第一天到門僮很主動幫拿行李和開門沒有穿工服還被突然了一下。前台小姐姐也沒有穿工服哈哈，但是房間安排很滿意！房間還有開放廚房就差一個灶台了，酒店位置好，孩子遊樂園設施很齊全，最讚的是直通海邊這一點，而且是沿海最讚的完沙地塊，太棒了！早餐不算豐富但是有本地特色的菜茶，可惜第二天早餐就沒有了，沒了本地特色早餐就很廉價了，咖啡也是不太好的豆，口感差！房間的礦泉水、洗簌用品和捲筒紙等這些是扣分項。一樓餐廳早餐不行但是單點菜品還是不錯的，吃了兩頓都不錯！離店的時候前台一位男士很熱情！

一家非常糟糕的酒店。 靠海邊的酒店，酒店走廊、房間裏一股黴味，但是這是海邊酒店很難避免的。能理解。 但是酒店服務着實一般，設施也很一般。入住時並未告知洗澡洗完一個之後，要等二三十分鐘才能洗第二個。用房間內座機打給前台打了很多個都無人接聽，最後好不容易接聽了，説在房卡上寫了熱水的情況。這你能確保每位客人都會看見？如此隱蔽的地方，真的看不到。且要求負責人處理，酒店前台告知經理下班了，第一次聽説哪家酒店經理會下班，不是24小時輪值的，連一個話事人都沒有嗎？ 另外酒店隔音非常差，同樓層、或者上一樓層的動靜都非常大。

帶孩子在汕尾跨年旅行。酒店位置非常好，出門就是沙灘，而且很乾凈。周邊小吃、咖啡、小超市齊全。早餐種類豐富，能吃到本地粿條和菜粿，晚餐火鍋也夠吃。一個人帶小孩不方便到處找小吃，在酒店裡也能基本滿足。室內小童遊樂場適合小寶寶，我們孩子大了點，但是也不錯，也有户外的遊樂，能再大一點就更好。特別感謝前台服務員小鐘和小李，跨年自駕過來堵車，到得很晚，停車、問路、用餐，他們都非常耐心的幫忙。附一張酒店沙灘的日落，太美了，有機會再來還定這家。

元旦帶媽媽和兒子去汕尾度假，訂了雙人兩晚的海景房，前台小肖服務很好，看我們三個人需要購買多一人的早餐，合理的推薦了優惠還升級了房型，讓我們住得更舒服些，點贊。酒店風景很好，樓下出去就是海邊，很方便。
