Free upgrade from hotel, good. Hotel is old, some strange smell

Front desk staff and services are good, but need to add more restaurants and facilities in the hotel

The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc. Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit. 飯店位於市中心，毗鄰購物中心，設有一些兒童娛樂和設施。它也靠近沃爾瑪和中餐館，可以吃早餐。步行即可到達港口和二馬路步行街。酒店本身很經典但很新，乾淨且寬敞。早餐很正常，普通。有基本粥，水果，中餐，蔬菜，西式早餐，蛋，咖啡，茶等。 外觀和內裝都很豪華。我很喜歡它並且下次一定會再來。

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay in the hotel and I enjoy staying near the seaside with a lot seafood to enjoy.

The room is quite spacious with high standard of cleanliness. We stayed in a twin-bedded room in fact each bed is a 4 ft bed with comfortable bedding and mattress. Will book this hotel again next time if we go to Shanwei in the future.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the best area of Shanwei, restaurants and the sea front are just around the corner. It has also a nice swimming pool with an open view. Judy the front desk lady was very helpful and kind. I will go again there for sure.

The service of check in and check out were very professional. The room area was quite big. The environment was so comfort. We are very please to have our night at this hotel.

前臺小羅熱情好客，免費升級左房型，房間超大，房間整體清潔企理，樓下有商場(24小時麥當勞)，對面有大型超市，諸多食市，的士去二馬路夜市或者信利廣場都係5分鐘左右的車程，地理位置沒得彈。 極度推薦，下次會再預訂

設施：酒店應該開了很多年了，基本硬件設備都比較舊，要注意一些設備老舊安全性了。 衞生：可能是因為人員緊缺，衞生可以輕易發現基本搞得比較粗心。 服務：這個得重點評價一下，首先是酒店的保安，因為車子停在位置上，而且是酒店門口的位置 一直打電話催促過來，到了現場後完全沒有禮貌，問怎麼了他就説車子停的方向改變下，也就是説這個位置是可以停，衹是要你改變車頭方向稍微移一下，説實話移了之後也空不出多少位置 為什麼聽了是酒店客人後，連道歉都沒一聲，這個**保安平時就衹在酒店裡坐着跟辦公室主任一樣。再就是酒店前台，晚上回來時看到直接趴在桌子上睡覺，這個理解值完班確實累，但是叫了外賣後她居然不給外賣員上來，也沒機器人送，打電話問能不能送上來壓根不理你，最後還直接把外賣放到電梯上叫我們自己走出來拿，説實話還不如下樓拿時間差不多，反正這個酒店的服務可以讓我把所有分數都降到最低，下次我還會住這裏因為出差需求，而且依舊繼續評價

酒店環境很好，乾淨而安靜。酒店地理位置優越，周邊商圈成熟，走百來米有兩家本地牛肉火鍋店（山珍、京品），過個馬路就可以享受當地的早茶（海珍迎喜皇宮），酒店門口斜對面就有老高鮮榨果汁店，如果要去二馬路也很近，想要的都可以有，前台客服服務熱情，感謝小施姐姐的熱情服務😘😘

到汕尾旅遊，網上訂的高級大床房.到店以後前台小余免費幫我們升級了豪華房型。景觀真的很漂亮，而且酒店環境很好樓下就是商場.超級方便.

本次颱風天“停工停課停業”導致我被迫在汕尾滯留，住在顯達酒店，本酒店硬件設施齊全，地下停車場與商場一體，還有充電樁，十分方便。 更重要的是工作人員素質高，十分有禮貌。特別感謝前台幾個美女，包括小周等工作人員的熱情周到的服務……
