All front staff are courteous and helpful. They helped and explained the different local apps to us so that they we understand the process. They took time in providing service. The room is clean and sheets are fresh. Air-conditioning was working well. It was a pleasant stay.

A lovely hotel. Well located with parking right by the door. The only negative for me was a strange smell in the hotel room and corridors. This need to be looked into as it detracts from an excellent option in Shantou

It is a very nice business hotel, in my opinion better than the Regency 5* hotel. It’s clean and the WIFI is strong, good for online meetings. Room is a little bit small, but the terrace makes it good again.
