Excelente servicio, el personal fue muy amable y servicial, y la habitación es cómoda y limpia. Todo estuvo bien, mi única queja es que la habitación debería tener un mini refrigerador.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On our last day leaving for the shantou railway station, the manager even offered to drive us there when the mpv was unable to take all the luggages. Many thanks to the staff who made an unforgetable stay for all 6 of us. We are all seniors with one on wheelchair.

WONDERFUL SERVICE! They assist to arrange a special surprise for my friend's birthday which was very well done. Despite the older amentities, the service really tops it up.

Service is very good. Hotel location is 5 min to train station. For other tourist attractions, it is not quite walkable and will need taxi to reach.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning that kicks in immediately upon entering a lifesaver during the summer heat. The hotel service was excellent, offering complimentary shuttle service to/from the train station (just book in advance). Location-wise, it’s super convenient: only a 6-minute drive from Shantou Railway Station, making it perfect for a one-day stay in the city. Longyan South Road is also easily accessible (10–16 minutes by car). Though the hotel is older, it seems to have undergone renovations—the room felt quite fresh. However, there’s room for improvement: Some fixtures need maintenance (e.g., the bathroom glass door’s fittings were loose). Minor cracks on the ceiling. Overall, I had a very positive experience here. The pros far outweighed the small issues.

Very good location, near the railway station and good access to food around

Another stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything about the stay at this hotel is great except for one ***** security guard that controls the car parking. I have a run in with him about how I had parked my van, he wanted me to park it in such a way that I couldn't open the doors to get out. He need to be given a few injections of common sense.

Relatively new hotel with nice lobby. Good spread at the buffet breakfast on level 2.

The hotel package offers transportation from and to the Shantou station, Wu from Customer Service communicated with us to ensure everything is taken care of which enhanced our experience of staying.

Staffs at the hotel (especially front desk 客服小奕) were really friendly, patience and all ready to help with our queries and requests. Travelling with a group of elderlies were made much easier thanks to them! We really enjoyed our stay there.There is also a Walmart and nice dim sum restaurant 福晋轩酒家(汕头店) nearby :)

We were very satisfied and decided to stay another night. All staff members are polite and Ms Chen from guest service was particularly helpful.

It’s not a 4 stars hotel. The plus of this hotel is the massage place on 4th floor. Price is very reasonable and service was very good.
