Nos alojamos en cuatro B&B en Yunnan, y Shangri-La eligió este. Llegamos relativamente tarde y la señora del B&B fue muy amable. Sabía que estábamos cerca y rápidamente salió para ayudarnos a llevar nuestro equipaje a la habitación. Nos avergonzamos porque nuestro equipaje era muy grande. Es pesado, el diseño del B&B es muy hermoso, tiene características locales y es de primera categoría. Aunque la habitación no es muy grande, es suficiente y el diseño y el mobiliario también están muy bien pensados. La ubicación del B&B es muy buena. Puedes salir a la calle principal con unas pocas docenas de metros caminando, muchos restaurantes y. Tiendas, y puedes llegar a Zhuanjing a unos cientos de metros caminando. Hay muchas tiendas a lo largo del camino. Puedes pasear lentamente y ver muchas especialidades y comida locales. También hay gatitos, uno grande y cuatro pequeños, en el B&B. Están todos muy cerca unos de otros. Sentado en el jardín y jugando con los gatitos, me siento relajado y feliz. Tomé algunas fotos con mi teléfono móvil. Que son hermosas. 

La habitación está a oscuras y la calefacción por suelo radiante no está encendida. La insonorización es súper pobre, todo es de madera. Se puede escuchar claramente al caminar afuera y se puede escuchar claramente al subir las escaleras. Lo más molesto es que ha habido mucho ruido afuera a las 8 de la mañana. No sé si fue la tía quien molestó la habitación de invitados. Estábamos charlando y riendo a carcajadas afuera. No dormimos bien en toda la noche. Si quisiéramos dormir más por la mañana, sería aún más ruidoso. Era demasiado ruidoso. No lo recomiendo. Está todo hecho de madera y es muy ruidoso.

Like this guest house. Very transitional and equipped with all you need like comfortable bed, hot shower, nice room. Overall love it. Owner and worker also very friendly. Remember to add their WeChat before come, they can arrange pick up from train station.

Great location..Nearby 独客宗古城. The homeatay owner is super helpful & friendly to provide luggage carrying services into our room at 1st floor. Owne even provides free transfer services from homestay to railway station

My recent stay at Tseten Wangmo Resort was truly an unforgettable experience. The hospitality of the family who runs the hotel was outstanding. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself exudes local charm and offers a genuine taste of Yunnan's rich cultural heritage. My room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional touches that added to the overall ambiance. What truly set this hotel apart was the personal touch and warmth of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering great tips on local attractions and even helping to arrange transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-la City. It provides a unique and heartwarming experience that you won't find in larger, more impersonal hotels. Thank you to the wonderful family for making my holiday so special!

The hotel is very beautiful, meticulously invested in every detail. The owner directly manages the operation, so it will not be like a hotel. However, the boss is really enthusiastic and cares about customers. Even though the boss doesn't speak English, we can communicate via wexin or the translation app. The boss helped us buy bottles of Oxygen and book a bus to Pudacuo Park and Songzanlin. The hotel provides free pick up and drop off to Shangrila station, which is very convenient for us.

Beautiful house and friendly host. I like the ******* design and careful consideration in the room layout. The location is very convenient, walking distance to attractions and many delicious food nearby. I wanted to thank our beautiful host, she provided many wonderful tips and coordination to attractions.. Balagezong, Pudacuo, Guihill etc which made my experience in Shangri-la so memorable and fun. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay here. It had a great location to Ancient City and close to the street for easy Didi/ taxi. The room was very clean. The hostess was very responsive to our questions and needs. It’s nice to support both small businesses and ******* owned businesses.

A nice B&B managed by a couple. The location is good and near the ancient town. It was good that the room has floor heating in a cold winter time. The lady manager was friendly and helpful to carry my luggage up and down the stairs and even gave me a free drop off to the Shangri-La airport. They have few cute cats in the hotel. Just wish they provide free breakfast. Overall the stay was nice.

Highly recommended for a wonderful and grateful experience. The hosts are very fine people who actually put their guests needs first with genuine effort and humility. Simply the best checkin/checkout ever experienced. I would strongly recommend staying here for those who appreciate Tibeten culture and hospitality. I would not hesitate to visit here again the next time.

很好的民宿 屋子很乾凈很亮堂 房東人也很熱情 而且還有兩衹小貓 特別可愛的小寶寶們 這個民宿是一趟旅行下來最舒適的 設施齊全 房屋寬敞 環境優美有藏族風情 平時沒有給酒店評價的習慣這個民宿真的很好🥹

藏式民宿，很有特點，老闆人很好，送了接送站服務，還給了很中肯的旅行建議。民宿裏還有貓，孩子很喜歡，可以擼貓一整天，晚上還能烤火，氛圍感拉滿，下次再到香格里拉一定還住這家。

老闆非常好溝通，我們到達近凌晨，老闆熱情接站。民宿環境很好，很有藏族民居特色，房間地暖很足，設施也很齊全。下次到香格里拉，住宿這裏還是我的優先選擇。
