The environment of the room is luxurious and romantic since a background music is being played while washing a bath. Also, the breakfast is abundant and the location is accessible. It is located nearby the railway station.

The front desk staff are very helpful & even showed me the different types of rooms available before checking in. The rooms are clean & spacious. The hotel is just opposite the train station which is very convenient. However breakfast was disappointing as it starts late at 7.30am & when we arrive at 7.35am most of the items are not available. The choices are very limited & they don't even have proper butter & jam for the toast & no juices at all

It’s like a 2 minute walk to the Shangrila high speed railway station, very convenient if taking the train. Room is very clean and functional. Breakfast is not bad. The staff service was excellent. The only complaint is that the centralised AC only blows hot air during this season. As the blanket is very thick and the room is quite warm, you must open the window to bring in the cool air. Still we didn’t sleep very well due to this reason. We notice chain hotels always don’t turn on the cooling mode for their AC during the cold season. It means you have to open the window and endure the noise from outside and get woken up by the heat inside the blanket in the middle of the night. We never had this problem when staying at the cheaper home-stays that provide individual air conditioning in each room. We hope chain hotels give guests the flexibility to turn on either the cooling or heating mode.

This hotel is pretty good. The hotel locates near train station which is very convenient for travelers by high speed train. The hotel is equipped with smart technologies which did not work for me as I do not have right apps to use those functions. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with variety of choices.

Convenient, next to train station. They sell their own products, some available in the room for use. Bed and sofa is comfortable. In summer their AC blow out hot air which is not suitable for me. To solve this the counter told me to off ac and open the window.

Best hotel in the whole place. First of all, its really convenient. Especially for a place like Shangri-La where Altitude Sickness is a thing, being located a few steps away from the station is vital and essential. Service of the hotel is also excellent! And they even upgraded me to a bigger room with a bathtub and shower. This is literally living in luxury for a fraction of the price and immense convenience! Awesome!

The hotel is very near Shangri-La Railway Station, which is convenient for early train departures. Service was average overall. As we were leaving early at 7:20 am, we requested a packed breakfast, but this was not available. The staff did offer us some bread instead.

I'm so glad I chose this place! 🛏️ *Room* — Spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed and super soft pillows. Slept so well! 🚿 *Bathroom* — Cool experience: built-in music plays automatically when you shower and stops when you turn it off — first time experiencing this, and I loved it! 💬 *Moments to Share* — I checked in yesterday. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, even though we didn’t speak the same language. Their smiles and warmth made everything easy. ✅ Overall, a fantastic and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
