Un lugar muy cálido y acogedor 🥰El hotel es muy ordenado y tranquilo ☺️No es una granja del valle, a unos 7-10 minutos en coche.

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Instalaciones: Totalmente equipadas Ambiente: El ambiente de la habitación era agradable Servicio: Excelente servicio El mayordomo nos brindó un servicio atento: nos recogió en el punto de llegada y nos llevó al hotel, nos ayudó amablemente a subir y bajar el equipaje por las escaleras, nos ofreció desayuno de cortesía y nos mostró las atracciones cercanas. Fue un mayordomo muy considerado.

El ambiente es muy bueno, el jefe es muy agradable y fácil de hablar, no hay muchos turistas, es muy cómodo quedarse, hay estacionamiento gratuito, la ropa de cama también es muy buena, es una buena opción para turistas de fuera de la ciudad, se lo recomiendo a amigos que lo necesiten.

We stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee. The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

El lugar es verdaderamente increíble. Incluso el precio es excelente, el trato es de un hotel de 5 estrellas que muchas veces no recibes en hoteles Europeos que tienen ese mismo precio y menos estrellas. La cama era muy cómoda. Todo estaba muy limpio. Las amenidades son de muy buena calidad. El espacio era increíble, con muy buena tecnología. Lo único que mejoraría es la calidad del desayuno. La variedad es muy buena pero la comida que debía estar caliente ya estaba toda fría y ya no tenía buen sabor. El staff era muy amable. Hay una persona que lleva tus maletas hasta el cuarto y te guía, eso si fíjate bien por dónde es porque el lugar es un laberinto. Me hubiera gustado quedarme muchos más días más, se descansa delicioso.

Es la casa de familia más exclusiva de la ciudad, con su propio patio elegante, hermoso tanto de día como de noche. La casa de familia es espaciosa y está decorada lujosamente. El jefe y su madre son muy hospitalarios. Gracias al jefe por recogernos y enviarnos al área escénica del valle de Wangxian. Toda la familia está muy satisfecha.

Espectacular estancia. Maravillosa localización dentro del área escénica. Desayuno Buffet muy completo. La atención del personal también fué muy buena, Xiao Yu, nos ayudaron con todo.

Disappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest. The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️) There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby. The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it. One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way. Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.
