Wassim Hotel (Shanghai Chuansha Metro Station)

Tuve una estancia estupenda en el hotel Wassim. Este hotel está situado a 4 estaciones del aeropuerto SH Pudong. A pocos pasos de la estación de metro Chuansha. Llegamos muy temprano al hotel a las 6.45 am y el amable personal Robin inmediatamente organizó el autobús gratuito de Disneyland para nosotros y nos dio una bolsa de bocadillos para llevar. Al regresar al hotel, nos ascendieron a una suite familiar con cubos de plástico adicionales para que pudiéramos remojar nuestros pies cansados. Al día siguiente, otro amable personal, 小侯, nos ayudó a configurar Wechat y comprobar cómo viajar a nuestro próximo hotel en metro en el centro de la ciudad de SH y 小郥 ayudó a mi hija a cargar el banco de energía mientras desayunábamos en el hotel. Todo es perfecto y me gustaría quedarme aquí nuevamente en nuestra próxima visita. Hotel muy recomendado para quienes visitan SH Disneyland. 10/10

Are you planning to visit Shanghai? Let me share my recent experience with you. I traveled with my best friend, family, and our family's friends, a total of nine people. Unfortunately, my sister lost her passport during our stay. However, the Wassim Hotel reception staff was quick to assist us in registering my sister with the approved document we received from the police station. Although there was a small mistake in the registration, the receptionists were kind enough to warn us and helped us with the process. They even went out of their way to book a taxi for us at an early morning hour. I must commend their hospitality and customer service. However, I would suggest having someone who speaks Chinese on your travel team to make your stay even more comfortable. Nonetheless, the Wassim Hotel is a great choice for your stay in Shanghai.

The room looked exactly like the pictures; however, I noticed the overall hygiene was not up to the mark. I observed a moldy sink, a stained shower, and a bad odor coming from the sink. The sleepers were used before (I found hair and dust on the soles). The bedsheets were clean, and the pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and tried to help me as much as they could.

Great place to live if you are going to disneyland, super convenient via cab. However, it is quite a distance away from city center. I don't mind the travel time and the hotel is located near the train station, hence, it is not a problem for me :) The staffs are very nice as well, great service provided. Special thanks to 樊阿姨 for the great service provided during breakfast. Room is clean and cozy. Variety for breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had an easy access to the subway.

Near to Shanghai Disney land. This hotel offer free shuttle bus to Shanghai Disney land 1st trip 8am and 2nd trip 10pm. Hotel was average,but equipped with necessary amenities. However there are widen selections of breakfast both western and Asian delight you can choose to feed your desire. If you were hungry at night near-by there are plenty of restaurants.

We were upgraded from a family room for 3 into another with bigger beds and a hall by the super friendly reception because they said we 3 adults might find the family room we booked a wee bit squeezy. From the initial arrival tea to the considerate upgrade to information on shuttle service times to the airport to the tourist information on subway travel - the reception team has been exemplary. We also appreciated the breakfast selection - I normally eat fruit and grains/muesli with coffee - they have a good coffee machine which ground coffee for our drink. There is milk snd soy milk. No muesli - so I had a lovely porridge of red bean, big barley and millet - all healthy and comforting to the stomach. They have cornflakes but why select processed food over natural grains !?! Fruit was a big red dragon fruit with yoghurt. There is a choice of fried egg or hard boiled egg. Overall, its easy to adapt their selections for a healthier breakfast. The hotel is close to Subway Line 2 which goes direct to Pudong Airport and The Bund and financial district Lujiazui.

Good location, 4 stops away from Pudong international airport and 5 minutes (walking distance) to the subway station from the hotel. Line 2 is very convenient to get to downtown. The service there is excellent and they are quick to solve problems. They left us heartwarming notes in the hotel room, very thoughtful! The restrooms are very clean, I really like the makeup mirrors.
