家裡來客人訂了幾間房，前台很忙，但在處理問題時一點都沒有不耐煩，為客户所想，值得點贊👍而且離虹口足球場很近，出行也方便

找了下，酒店算是那附近，含早餐比較有性價比的一家，乾淨衞生安靜，空間小了點。距離地鐵站不太遠，掃個單車5分鐘能到地鐵口，整體還行吧。

剛開始入住的時候，衞生很一般，後來跟前台小姐姐説了，免費給我們升級了房間，但是我感覺都是一樣的房間，床單上很多頭髮

非常令人失望的一次住宿體驗。到店的時候説我預訂的房型衹剩下沒有窗的房間了，這個我可以接受。到房間發現這間房就在電梯口的走廊上，當時就有些擔心。第二天一大早，大概是五點，就有人在外面大聲喧嘩，外放視頻，打電話。後來有個人在等電梯的時候直接在我們門口抽煙，房間裏全是煙味。一打開門地上就是煙頭。我可以理解住宿人員素質參差不齊，酒店沒辦法要求所有客人做到高素質，但是酒店本身的隔音做的也太差了，可以説是完全沒有隔音。禁煙的規定也形同虛設。在我下樓退房時和前台提到這個情況時，她連一句抱歉都沒有，衹是很驚訝有人把煙頭滅在地上。我認為這樣的房間就不應該給客人居住，或者就把隔音做到最好。以前對華住旗下的酒店，對漢庭印象都可以。這次讓我非常失望，以後絕對不會選擇這家店了。
