We chose Capella for our first visit to Shanghai. Truly, it is a charming and supremely tranquil hotel in the heart of the city. The warmth and eagerness of the staff to assist us left us deeply moved. Every detail in our villa was meticulously and elegantly arranged, from the placement of the slippers to the absolutely silent light switches. We've stayed in many luxurious hotels and received beautiful luggage tags upon checkout, but the farewell gift from Capella left an impression far warmer and more memorable in our hearts. A truly elegant and exquisite experience.

地段鬧中取靜 四層半小樓很好地保留了石庫門亭子間的歷史韻味 設施改造的用料看得出用心盡心 着重誇誇布草床品 第一天睡到早餐都趕不上去餐廳吃😂 入住引導和房間整理及時到位 尤其是前台的Raven小妹妹 貼心耐心又保持着令人舒適的距離感 事無鉅細提前準備 離店的小禮物也非常貼心 是值得夏天再回來“省親”的程度

완전 특급호텔이 뭔지 경험할 수 있었습니다 ♥️
2025 새해를 맞이하기에 딱인, 더없이 훌룡한 곳이었습니다.
옛 상하이 스타일의 멋들어진 3층 짜리 집 하나를 모두 사용할 수 있고, 마치 하나의 마을에 들어온듯한 느낌이었습니다.
체크인 순간부터 체크아웃까지 모든 게 완벽했습니다.
체크인 직후에는 함께 동행해주셔서 가는법 부터, 1층-3층( + 옥상) 까지 하나하나 섬세하고 친절하게 안내해주셨습니다.
직원분들은 모두 전문적이고, 카펠라에 애정과 자부심이 있으셔서 좋았습니다 . 1월1일 새해라고 주변 레스토랑도 배려깊게 추천해주시고, 모든 필요한 것 다 도와주신다고 하셨었어요.
룸컨디션도 최고이고, 웰컴푸드인 케이크도 무척 맛있어요
화장실도 두개나 있는게 은근 편리했습니다.
창문에 커튼으로 햇빛도 조절할 수 있었고, 상하이 전통 캔디와 전통 만화, 중간에 기념품이라고 주신 나무 책꽂이 (?) 도 인상적이었습니다.
1층 문과 작은 테라스(?)도 너무 아름답고 좋았습니다.
거실과 침실이 아예 다른 층으로 구분되어있는것도 좋았습니다.
보통다른 호텔들은 2박이상일때 방을 정리해주시는데, 나갈때마다 섬세하게 방을 정리해주셨어요. 처음에는 1박이라 방을 정리해주실거라 생각못해서
조금 깜짝놀랐는데, 물어보니 외출할때마다 섬세하게 정리해주신다고 합니다. 미니바도 자개장으로 너무 멋졌어요. 라이브러리도 멋진곳이고 , 초콜렛도 맛있어요!
조식도 피에르 가니에르에서 먹을 수 있었는데, 한국에서도 피에르 가니에르를 맛있게 먹었어서 반가웠습니다. 하지만 프렌치 식당에서 중식 메뉴를 주문한 거라 조식은 엄청! 맛있지는 않았던거같아요.허허 다음에는 프렌치메뉴로 선택하거나 아예 디너로 먹는게 더 좋을 것 같아요.
체크아웃할때도 선물도 챙겨주시고, 택시 잡아주시는 것까지 , 비록 하루였지만 중국 공주가 (?)된 느낌이었습니다
다음 여행때도, 그리고 다른 카펠라도 가보고 싶어졌습니다 감사해요♥️

春節來酒店為長者慶祝生日。入住前，就有管家Krystal電話詢問入住需求；辦理入住時，感到如沐春風，免費升級房型，一進酒店就有一位叫小汪的壯壯男孩等主動幫忙提行李，開門迎接並打招呼！
一進屋，歡迎水果，點心，卡片，管家進屋即脱鞋講解房間等等細節，無一不顯示了酒店的誠意。
酒店餐飲這方面更是口味和服務的絕佳展現，包括早餐和晚餐，我和家人讚不絕口。
圖書館部分甜品非常好吃。
……
儘管入住期間也有些小插曲，但是都被酒店迅速而圓滿地處理了，感謝Krystal。
感謝酒店的每位服務人員，包括但不限於管家Krystal ，小汪，前台接待人員，圖書館接待人員，打掃清潔人員，房間服務人員，餐廳服務，吧枱調酒師等所有接待人員。
