When I travel to Shanghai, I always stay at this hotel. Metro line 10 can bring you to most famous places in the city. It is comfortably located inside the shopping mall, where you can eat and shop. The service in the hotel is excellent! Definitely recommend! 👍🏻

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and close to the MixC shopping mall. The only downside during our 7-night stay was that only one lift was operating, as the other was under maintenance. One of the best features of Atour Hotel is the laundry service. There is also halal food available near the hotel. I don’t recall the restaurant name, but it is very close and owned by a person named Musa. I had dinner there almost every night. Highly recommend! In front of the adjacent area, there is a musical water fountain with lights and music, creating a very beautiful night view.

Best location , nearby MRT station , beside hotel very big Mall supermarket , and many restaurent around.

Staffs are very kind as always and the facility is convenient! Mr.Zhongzhi who helped me was very kind :)

This hotel's location is good for family journey. There are subway station and many of the shopping mall, convenien store and restaurants. I willing to recommend this hotel to them who visit Shanghai with family.

Enjoy our stay in A tour. The location is fantastic, very close to subway station, restaurants and shopping. The service is excellent, they are so helpful, and friendly. Room is huge. They also offer 24 hour laundry service for free of charge which is so convenient. Will be back again for sure

The private gym was amazing, and the reception area was spectacular

The reception officer Ms Eva was specially helpful as I don’t speak chinese helped me reach my train , flights and meeting on time will definitely stay again this service level

It was nice but the wallpapers was a little poorly done. The button for the windows also didnt work
