On a biz trip but the only rooms available were two-bed rooms. Eddie at the front desk offered me a free upgrade to a suite of awesome view. Much appreciated!

Check-in was seamless and fast. We booked a river view room and got upgraded. We got there in time for the buffet dinner which was lovely and had both Western and Asian dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed the meat selection and Indian dishes. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of options and great buffet!

Great welcoming from Jack from the membership lane at the reception for assigning a nice river view room for me! Had some struggles for connecting to the WiFi, and they sent a technical support person to come in person to address the issue, a very good caring thing was that they also sent a lady to come along with the technical guy, which shows their caring and consideration for customers! Finally the technician had been very helpful and called their provider to address my issues and fixed the problem! Though the room was a bit old in their designs and furnitures, their bed was super comfortable which allowed you to have a very nice good rest for the night! Shout out to Monnie during breakfast time, she was very friendly and considerate enough to serve me for coffee two times, her working attitude is certainly a good role model for other colleagues! I would certainly recommend this hotel if you prefer to stay in a quiet area away from the busy area in Shanghai!

The hotel was selected because of an event at the Mercedes Arena. The distance is not that near and you will have to walk 20 to 30 minutes. There are no eateries nearby so you will have to rely on room service or hotel restaurants. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good with many choices

Great hotel. Big spacious room. As others have said, the cooling doesn't work great (pretty much no hotel I've been at in China gets rooms cold during winter, but I could get the temp to 23 degrees). Big TV, comfortable chair. There is a nice looking sound system, but I couldn't figure it out. Nice big bathtub. I found the Liquor Town bar my last night. Great pub... Reasonably priced drinks... Except for a can of soda water (48rmb). Not even special soda water. A cozy little place though... Just avoid the soda water. There are 2 little grassy areas in the hotel compound. Very nice. The indoor swimming pool looked nice, but I didn't go swimming this time. The gym also looked good. Room service... The food was good... But ordering was a pain. They have a qr code to scan to order.... But it didn't have the full menu and had items that were not on the menu. If you want to order room service. You have to call customer service, tell them you want to order. Then you hang up and room service calls you back... Sometimes you could tell them the food, other times you had to give the foods number.... I hope they come up with a unified way to order. Not many stores nearby, so if you need something, gotta use eleme or meituan. Patrick at the front desk was helpful! And unlike a lot of hotel staff members these days at other hotels, he did not ask for me to mention him or anything, which is great. Very close to the river park. That's the biggest bonus. I walked to the Mercedes Benz Arena along the river front. Anyway, I had a great stay and will definitely go back. Perfect for a little staycation.

Great stay and great 24h service. It was nice to sleep here after a long flight and still being able to order room service in the middle of the night.

Quiet location with perfect view at Pudong. Excellent service from the hotel staffs especially Penny from hotel reception and 李小华 from house keeping.

這次入住體驗超棒！必須誇誇酒店前台李先生大帥哥！就剛進門，李先生就像個紳士熱情接待，快速辦理入住，還貼心介紹周邊好玩的地方，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。房間衞生無可挑剔，一塵不染，設施也超齊全，床很舒服，智能設備用起來超方便。退房時小李依舊耐心周到，好感度拉滿！下次來這邊，還選這家酒店！

前台小田姑娘態度親和．熱情、周到。原來定了一間一天，見小田姑娘服務好，又加了一天，共住2天。泳池水還可以，，第一天到達時、贈送了軟飲，去領取飲料時，問吧枱服務員有一次性筷子麼？要一雙，她蠻生硬説沒有。第二天、三天自助早餐時，看見有客户打包，怎麼可能沒打包用的筷子？
