Location: convenience for everyone who want to go to Disney Land, hotel provide us pick-up car to go to Disney Land and also back from Disney Land. Hotel also near from metro line 2 (750m to ChuanSha station)

Good service and the place near Disneyland Shanghai , the hotel breakfast very good, got western and chine food. Nearby the restaurant food very nice. And got family mart nearby. A bit far from the city but got metro nearby.

close to Disneyland. Clean. Pretty good breakfast but ends at 930am......a bit rush especially the day after disneyland when everyone is tired and wanted to sleep in a bit.

The front desk and people are friendly. Good value for money. Cleanliness is ok.
Location about 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro line. It's the metro line connecting the SHG and PVG airport.
So, it's convenient for travellers who want to spend a day visiting Disneyland Shanghai.

The reception spoke some English and a little Chinese. The hotel is in the city center and is a 20-40 minute bus ride to everything. The hotel is also a 20 minute bus ride from the airport. It’s probably a 10-15 taxi ride from the airport. I didn’t get the breakfast but I should’ve. Every morning that I went down from my hotel room, I could smell alluring scents coming from their kitchen. There’s also a couple bbq restaurants right outside the hotel. One restaurant is open 24 hours I think.

Excellent on all counts - staff, breakfast, comfort, cleanliness (and the robot delivery!). But the location really needs to be factored in if you want to access the city centre regularly.
